I'd guess Punk still leaves, HHH and Bryan have the big feud they did but no championship implications, and Drax the Destroyer beats Orton for the belt. I can't see how Batista wasn't going to backfire though. Even if his return wouldn't have been spoiled, there's no way the crowd would've been behind him winning as a face. According to Batista, he warned them it wouldn't work as planned, but that could just be him saving face.

Honestly I'm so glad he did. It allowed him time to get into ring shape (regardless of how you feel about him, he has busted his ass and is WAY better in the ring than he was a month or two ago). We got HHH turning awesome heel, shield face turn, and the return of evolution. I marked out pretty hard when their music hit. Best theme ever. Just imagine if Flair comes out with them. Could be great.

I think Mania was a huge test for some people. The stream was nearly flawless for most. I bet a lot of those 400k will be signing up soon.

Yeah it is really cool, glad it leaked. Other things I found interesting:

Listing what happened last time they were at that arena. The Miz out til May (not that I care, just didn't know he was filming another movie). Cesaro officially listed as a heel (which is a problem because he does nothing heelish imo. They need to do something to get him heat if they want to build him as a heel). JTG still has a job and is a heel ? Bourne as miscellaneous. Mick Foley as an ambassador although he is not working for the company. The checklists are really cool.

I'm over Lana and Rusev, before he has even had this match. I tuned out at her cartoony promo. It feels like a gimmick plucked out of the late 80's WWF.

I'm a bit of a mark for the Camel Clutch, but it only fuels to the fire that this gimmick is just that... a gimmick. I don't see longevity for him at all.

The Wyatts are a gimmick, but it has some grit to it. It has believability. As far as i'm concerned, he won't be relevant by Survivor Series.

The shots of Big E posing and watching the television are so incredibly bad. Put the guy in a chair and maybe watching with an 'ally'.

I swear, if the E put a little more attention to detail, the product could be really good.

I do think it has increasingly gotten better since 2011. Punk brought change that is currently being felt in the storylines. Bryan isn't so much a re-hash as it is a fresh look at the E as a corporation holding down a talent. It's modern.
