Garbage? Man, Rogue is fucking top notch. Beats the shit out of Stone one time after another.

Dead Guy Ale is their staple beer, but I'm big on their Double Dead Guy (all red bottle). Pick one out of the lineup though, they're pretty much all good.

Rogue has some good stuff. I like Stone a lot better, but Rogue makes some good beers. Double Dead Guy I'd agree is probably the best I've had. Shakespeare Stout is very good as well.

Rogue is quality. Hazelnut, Dead Guy and Shakespeare Stout are all some of my favorites.

Drinking a Dogfish Head Palo Santo Marron now. Wow......

Sipping on a Bell's Expedition Stout tonight. I am depressed though because I only have one remaining after this one, plus I only have 4 Founders Breakfast Stouts left! Looks like I will have to make the two hour trek to Virginia in a couple weeks to stock up on some more. Damn Maryland distributors!

This statement is just stupid. Beats the shit out of Stone? When I've been out of state and had Stone, it did not get the shit beaten out of it by Rogue. Rogue is good, but Stone is just as good (from my limited experience).

I was depressed Monday night because I drank a Founder's Breakfast Stout, then ended up throwing it up due to a stomach bug. Talk about a party foul.

Also my girlfriend got a bottle of Rogue Morimoto Soba Ale the other day (she's a an Iron Chef fan) and it was quite tasty. A nice mellow ale.

I picked up a bottle of Duvel Golden Ale last night. Nice simple Belgian Ale, though a little light for my taste.

Sweet, I love Duvel! One thing with Duvel is that you have to have their official tulip glass to really appreciate it. Their glass is designed to perfectly retain the head and it makes a huge difference when enjoying the aroma and taste.

Yeah, I need to pick up a trappist style glass. I'm big on glassware, I have a massive collection that my girlfriend always wants me to thin down. I just keep buying more glasses every time I visit a brewery though.

I drank the Duvel out of a large Burgandy glass, closest I had. Man, what a head that beer has on it! I poured carefully and it was still an inch and a half thick! Had a great aroma as well.

Like I said, I really liked the Duvel but I do prefer something a little darker. I've just been getting more into the Belgian's lately. Next on the list is the St. Bernardus Abt 12.

True story, a couple of years back my local grocery store had duvel on clearance for $1.50/750ml. I bought all they had in stock.

Wow, that's amazing. It probably wasn't a big seller at the store, so your purchases were probably nicely aged as well!

A while back the Ralph's Grocery by me stopped carrying Stone (what idiots) so they were selling the 22 oz. bombers for like $1.50. I bought about ten of them, and I dropped about 4 on the ground carrying them to my door from the car... they shattered

Had both Founder's Breakfast Stout and Rogue Chocolate Stout on tap at the Blind Pig in Champaign last night. Great bar, great brews.

Damn it's nice to have a bar with 25 beers on tap less than a mile from my apartment.

Yesterday in Brussels they had a new bar openned with 40 beer tabs, but none for large beer company, all reserved for small local producers. Sounds great.

Anyone tried Maredsous? Its not normally carried at the Liquor Stores in Ontario here, but we just got it in as a Christmas gift pack - comes with a blonde, a brune, and a triple, with a Maredsous glass.

I bought it, but haven't tried em yet.
