I support most spending on infrastructure: revitalizing roads/bridges, updating electrical grids, investments in alternative energy, etc.
I don't support tax cuts really of any kind at this point. We can't afford the status quo from the (R) which has been big gov't spending with lower gov't revenue. I do support simplified tax code that is revenue positive to the gov't...I think you could do this by lowering taxes on the lower/middle class slightly (really just making sure their taxes don't INCREASE during the simplification so erring on the side of slightly lower), keeping taxes on upper class flat except for taxing ALL income as income...dividends, cap gains, inheritance, etc. Lower the corp tax rate a bit, get rid of loop holes so effective tax rates stay the same. Pay for the infra spending by allowing US companies to repatriate overseas profits at a discounted rate with some sort of stipulation that they reinvest a portion in the US economy and not just issue larger dividends and buy back shares with all that money.
