Between Jimmy Johns and Potbelly's for me. I generally choose Jimmy Johns because their potato chips are outstanding.

However, I had Cousins for the first time in years yesterday and it was much better than I had remembered it being.

Jimmy Johns is amazing. Quiznos is pretty good. Subway is horrible.

i say jimmy johns. at jimmy johns it seems the quality is fairly consistent each time. i've had some terrible sandwiches from subway before.

i think pretty much everyone could agree though that the best sub shops are the local ones. the best sub shop in my neck of the woods is called hungry hobo.

Never had Jimmy John's before CVille, but I must say I was thoroughly impressed. For the price, I found it to be damn good. And whoever was talking about their assembly line, that is so true. I got my change and then like four seconds later I got my sandwich.

Glad to see Mr. Sub is included, but Firehouse was left out and they have some decent subs. Subway sucks. They are cheap with their meat, and now, their vegetables and condiments. They still make a good profit on their $5 foot longs.

Foot-long chicken breast on Italian or wheat bread, toasted, no cheese, little bit of lettuce, extra banana peppers, and buffalo sauce. GAME. OVER. And only $5.35, every single time.

In certain moods Jimmy Johns sounds much better, but Subway obviously has a lot more variety so I've got to give it the edge.

Spicy Italian with Chipotle sauce is very hard to beat btw

Subway got my vote.

But as someone else said already, Jimmy John's chips are out of this world, the bbq are my favorite. Plus, they don't act like a bitch like all the Frito-Lay brands and they actually stuff the entire bag full of chips.

Yeah this is probably why Subway should get my vote, and why I mainly go there. But I definitely would take a JJs or Quiznos sub over them. JJ's just seem smaller, and Quiznos is expensive, plus I don't like the family that owns the one that's here in town, even though it's in the same building as where I work (which is also the only reason I've ever gone to it anyway)
