I've been in the will call line for over an hour. It's barely moving. 8:50 and the band isn't on yet. Saw on Twitter that there was a fight ahead of me in line but couldn't see it. What a fucking disaster.

I heard the will call line as a disaster and a lot of people missed a good part of the set

Certainly worth the drive. Northbeyond came through! Thanks for a great ticket. You guys were fun! Definitely the most random setlist I've ever seen. #bitcheslove41 tho

Yeah, super fucked up. Our friends didn't get in until the end of YMDT, almost an hour into the set. I would be writing a strongly worded letter. At MINIMUM I'd expect a full refund. Unacceptable.

(I also passed it along to my National Post contact last night, no idea if they're working on anything.) If anyone has news about refunds or partial refunds, please share -- I'm sure a TON of people never made it into the show period.

They know how many people are coming to will call long before showtime. There's no excuse for not having enough people there to handle the volume. They would also be able to tell when people got their tickets so determining which people missed the show shouldn't be difficult. Having said that, I'll be shocked if anyone actually gets a refund. A voucher to see Anne Murray in B7ttF*ck, Saskatchewan outdoors in January, yes. A refund, no.

BTW - Damion Cox of the Star/Sportsnet was tweeting about it @damospin

Willcall line was beyond unacceptable. I tweeted but got no traction, will be calling TM for a refund or credit (we did make it in time but JUST barely).

Why they disabled print-at-home Ticketfast for this show I have no idea - but if you're gonna do that, you have to have enough people working to make it work.

Anyway, great show. Jeff and Rashawn ripped up Jimi Thing.

Great show, was in the pit. The taper was Greg M i believe. Thought the pit had great energy this year. Only one spaz moving all over the place drunk, but he looked like he was having a good time. At least I didn't see anyone puke this year. The new songs are pretty good. I would give the show a 7.5. 2004 to me was the best Toronto show I have been to imo. The band really isn't the same with out Leroi. Jeff does a good job, but nobody can replace Leroi.

you can also dispute the transaction through your credit card if TM won't give you a refund. failure to deliver goods purchased is essentially what it falls under. i've done it before and gotten my money back for a ticket
