    i've had the great pleasure of seeing them twice there. always a great time. although they tore down the best part about it - the econo lodge across the street from the venue.

    I've stayed at the Budget Inn - caddy corner to JPJ...Not fancy but not nasty (I'm sorry but the Econo Lodge was gross. Fun but gross).

    loved that tailgate at C'Ville in 2012 - it was like 40 degrees out and a very different feel than your usual tailgate, but AWESOME. That food off the grill tasted twice as good in the chilly weather.

    Stayed at the Cavalier Inn in 2012. Awesome spot to stay for those shows. Went to outdoor merch booth both nights and took the poster back to my hotel room and had beers before getting in line. Can't get better than that.

    Edit: Or was the econolodge? Idk whichever one was across the street I was at.

    We chose Louisville>Chicago over CVille.

    Wish I would have known how bad the 2012 show in Chicago was going to be - would have gone to CVille instead

    I stayed at Budget inn right across from JPJ in 2012. That 2nd show in 2010 still the best show I've ever been too. I never miss JPJ. If it is this fall I hope it's more of a November pre-Thanksgiving tour like 2010 not December like 2012

    I remember reading somewhere on Ants that Dave & Tim are rumored to play more shows this year. Maybe instead of a full-band winter tour, there will be a string of D&T shows after Europe?
