Brady is not going to let the crappier younger brother of Fat Forehead beat him in anything. Period.

Ok, today's game made me feel better.

I know it's the Marlins, but it's also th eMarlins who nailed the coffin last year. It's nice to see the Mets play essentially a flawless game

We beat them plenty last Spring with Rollins.

But it does show how important he is to their team.

Yea but than Rollins turned the Philles around, helped beat the mets 9 games in a row and won MVP. I can't stand that guy.

As long as it;s not serious it's fine. The kid needs a few days off I think. He's probably just pressing like crazy right now. He needs to relax.

no joke. gets off of the bus from chihuahua, signs his contract on the steps of braves stadium, pitches one inning and strikes 3 batters out in a row, gets his first start as a met and pulls off a win.

at least we are batting well today... and the brewers aren't fielding.

If Perez can stay locked in on the mound we take the series.

I'm not trying to push the issue but anybody else starting to wonder if Willie is part of the problem?

Even tho they haven't been terrible, watching this year reminds me way too much of watching last September.

I don't think it's willie at all... we have been hitting horribly, fielding mediocerely, and pitching besides oliver perez and figueroa has been below expectation.

we are in a early season slump is all, or at least I hope.

Reyes hasn't been performing at all and i feel the days off are used mainly so that he can get his head straight.

Imagine what we are capable of when wright, reyes, beltran, delgado, pagan, and schneider are all on the same page...

on a side note, I will be pissed off if willie is let go after this year.

this should be a good one. we really could use these back to back sweeps. 5th consecutive win against the phils is nice too.

Yeah if we can just get some runs against eaton for once. A sweep would be awesome.
