Yea he knew but she lost the child due to complications. That's when he found out she was preggers was when she had the complications.

This is by far my fav show it beat out Desperate Housewives.

That was a weak episode compaired to the rest of them from this season. The guy wasn't pregnant but he had a growth of cells that had some body parts in it. I thought it was a pretty bad storyline. Overall this season is great, this has become my favorite show to watch.

But you have to admit that something just isn't there this season for the DH...they haven't had that hook yet that last season did so incredibly well...i wonder what the deal is? Yea it's still 99% better than anything else on tv but it's lacking something....

I think this is the best show on TV. It has all of the elements that a great show needs. Comedy, Drama, great plot and good acting.

Just as a sidenote, I was looking on imdb.com about the show and went to the bio for Dr. Alex Karev (Justin Chambers) and read that he is 35 and has 5 children. That suprised the hell out of me. I would have thought he was 25.
