haha yea i was there too and when I see that STJL is rated as the rarest song, it always confuses me. I know its done by tour, but I think it should go by frequency of play since its debut

I got extremely lucky at my first weekend of shows--Polaris (Columbus 2000)

NIGHT 1

Sweet up and down---song debut
Don't drink the water--ONLY time played on a 12 string
Grey Street---song debut + original 3 verse version
Digging a ditch---song debut
Bartender---song debut (full band)

+ Warehouse opener and Tripping Billies w/ nature intro

NIGHT 2

Crash---ONLY time played on a 12 string
JTR---song debut
Raven---song debut (full band)

+#40 first and last verse

I think anytime you get to see the debuts of Raven, JTR, Bartender, Digging a ditch, Sweet up and Down, AND Grey Street---along with the only versions of Crash and DDTW on a 12 string you are pretty MF lucky!!!

Add in a #40 and I couldn't have had any rarer of a introduction to DMB--It's seriously almost fucking unreal. Unless this was your DMB debut also, you simply cannot top this.
