question about Farm Aid 04 audio source

I have the audio source from the webcast of Dave's set at Farm Aid this past year, and it's kinda weird how the first few seconds of each song begin on the previous track. I'm wondering why it would be tracked like this, and if someone with the proper technology would be interested in re-tracking it? It's not a huge issue, but it's kind of annoying when I want to skip to one particular track or one track comes up on my iTunes. Plus it's not always just a few seconds, the first 20 or so seconds of #41 is on the previous track. Anyways, just wanted to know what's up with this and if anyone wanted to reformat it I'd appreciate it
