Re: What was the last movie you watched?
Amazing Spider-Man: Pretty fun, but the plot just felt inconsistent. I think it was too soon to restart the franchise already. I'm trying to not compare it to the Sam Raimi movies because there's no point. I really liked Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone. It was a really simple plot, just one villain (unless you count Captain Stacy, who isn't really a villain). It looked very good. Saw it in 2D. The POV sequences were very cool especially. Nice warmup for TDKR. 16 days... 7/10
Ted. It was funny. Not that great really. I don't know. There were some very funny parts, and a handful of kinda funny parts. Some jokes fell flat. There was everything from Family Guy- stupid pop culture references. unnecessarily long fight (like the chicken fights), random racist/vulgar humor, self-aware jokes (I don't think I sound like Peter Griffin, that van wilder looking guy...). I would've been just as happy seeing this on DVD. I feel like I won't remember much about this movie from any other random comedy within like two days. 6/10
