Using Norton 360 with BitComet

I just installed Norton 360 on my computer, and now when I turn on BitComet I get a yellow light in the bottom right corner and the warning says "Your listen port is blocked. You can still download but the speed will not be very fast. Please check your firewall and NAT router configurations."

I just downloaded the 5-31-08 show, and the download speed was fast, but I don't think I can share and I don't want to get banned for not seeding. I don't use a router, just have a fiber line plugged directly into my computer. I already went to manage firewall in norton and told it to allow access for bitcomet, but this didn't solve anything.

Basically I was just wondering if anyone can tell me how to fix this so that I can share? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks all...
