I accidentally stumbled into a private show of theirs in a corporate tent at Bonnaroo, only about 50 or 75 people, and I was really impressed. Talented dudes. I'll be looking into them a little more.

I have those green eyes but man I would love to get my hands on that ep. I've heard a rumor buzzing around that they are actually in the works of re releasing it in the next year. I hope so, I've heard those songs are all gems

Re: The Avett Brothers

SO...I go on vacation to the beach in florida in a cabin with no internet connection. I come home to see that tickets for a two night stand at the Ryman Auditorium went on sale today while I was driving home. Sold out. I'm pissed. Guess I'll attempt to StubHub some closer to show time.

I believe that 'Live at the Doubledoor' is considered vol. 1 and this is 'live vol. 2'.

Re: The Avett Brothers

My favorite live act...amazing to me how little love they get on this board...guess everybody's too busy listening to Radiohead and The National to take a break and appreciate some good alt-bluegrass folk-rock (with killer lyrics).
