Oh for sure. "Lazy Sunday" was the first Digital Short, so it's cool that's how they're ending it. And there was also last weeks epic 100th Digital Short with all the highlights.

Re: SNL Discussion

He was never rumored to leave.

The wildcard is Sudekis, and latest rumors say he wants to do more than just the regular role as cast member. He wants some creative control, otherwise he has deemed it "not really worth it". Don't have the link because I forgot where I saw it. They need him though.

Samberg was never really rumored either, but it came out of nowhere (prob cause everyone was focused on Wiig leaving).

I don't know why, but as bad as the writing is, I still like the show.

My dream team of host/musical acts for 2012-2013:

Natalie Portman/Pearl Jam (season debut)
Timberlake/DMB (new album soon)
Will Ferrall/The Killers
Zack Galifinakas/Springsteen
Taylor Swift/Taylor Swift (serious)
Chris Rock/Tom Petty
Artie Lange/Coldplay
Alec Baldwin/Alanis Morrisette
Scarlett Johanson/Katy Perry
Tracy Morgan/Foo Fighters
Daniel Tosh/Britney Spears
Sasha Baron Cohen/Paul McCartney (Season Finale)

Some of those people are likely, but they always have a couple dud/not well known hosts and music guests every season. All of those musical guests are awesome besides Britney and Katy Perry.

I think I'd be pretty shocked if Tosh ever agreed to host SNL. and if Artie did it, I'd imagine he'd be the only former regular cast member of Mad TV to have then hosted SNL.

Has Scarlett Johansson ever been on before?

Re: SNL Discussion

I would expect Matchbox 20 and Mumford and Sons to get a look with new albums as well.

As far as hosts, Artie Lange is too much of a wildcard. You'll get your Seth Rogen or Jonah Hill types. Someone I'd really love to see host, and it'd be damn near impossible, but Conan or Jimmy Kimmel would be awesome. Obviously, Conan wouldn't work due to his NBC issues, but man that'd be great. Also, hoping to see someone like Adam Scott, Joel McHale, or even Nick Offerman.

Johansson has because she did a lesbian skit w/I think Wiig when one was playing a reporter.

God I remember how big of a deal it was (& the sketch itself was pretty classic) when Tom Hanks joined the 5 Timers Club

Baldwin and Martin have each eclipsed that like, what, 4 times over?

I think Suds will have to return too seeing how he does the Romney impression. They'll throw a ton of money at him to at least stay through November. (He'll be irrelevant after Election Day)

The Killers should be a lock too.

I was wanting to start a fantasy league with some friends. Just draft hosts or musical guests and whoever gets the most wins.

In the 2009 film Star Trek you can find R2D2 in one of the scenes. Will we be able to find the USS Enterprise in Star Wars Episode VII?

and if Pearl Jam's album really does come out by the end of this year (or even in the first couple months of 2013), I'm thinking there's got to be a decent chance they're on before the finish of this upcoming season.

I wonder if they could talk Alec Baldwin to do Romney during the Election? I liked the way he did Romney the one time he did it. Then, if Romney wins, the can hire a regular to do Mitt as needed.
