Tuesday March 9th 2010, DMB are back in Ireland. Last time they played here was the "old" point which held 8000. Have been in it since it was done up at the Neil Young gig. Should be a great spot to see DMB. How will they fill it tho?!! Gonna be a great night! Any Irish Ants out there? This will be my 21st show if I dont see one in the meantime!

I'm a Northern Irish ant and hoping to make it Dublin and London this time round. Last time I did London and Brussels. These should be my 6th and 7th shows and I can't wait. Even the thought of travelling back up north for work on the Wed after the Dublin gig doesn't seem too bad!!
It'll also be my first gig at the new Point. Oh and it is all happening just around my birthday, perfect timing Dave!! |

I am planning on coming!!! It will be my first time in Europe, and will be my 22nd concert. (That is if I go to Amsterdam-20 and London-21).

Yeah, I've got my Plane Tiket (Only 37 from Brussel with Ryan Air !!!) and my Concert Tiket !! We are Three and we stay 5 days to visit Ireland !

Just bought my tickets, quick question about the general seating. Why are they the cheapest tickets? Is it because we are standing? American standards would probably make them the most expensive especially if they are the closest.

Just got my two tix to this show. amsterdam and dublin for dmb!!!!!! I got standing room for both. gives you more freedom during show.

just booked gate hotel for concert, i know its 1 star and cheap, but it's also---wellll--- cheap!!!! decent reviews on tripadvisor though. See everyone there!!! any suggestions for a
meet up spot for drinks before concert? |

this is going to be great!! im hitting up the amsterdam show a week before this one. "Celebrate we will!!!- drunkfish and havndoubts!!! Theres supposed be a good pub in our hotel, but I know there'll be a thousand more around us too. We got 5 weeks and 3 days!!!!

Yes...the time is running fast!!
And yes...there is some pub in the Gate Hotel but I think it is a city center so I guess there will be a lot of other pubs around if that in the hotel is full What kind of tickets do you have guys? i still havent booked my hotel yet- but the gate might be my choice seeing some people are already staying there.. I arrive in dublin 2/25 but i'm staying with family in county mayo until the day before the show-
can't wait to meet some of the europe ants also any places i NEED to visit in ireland, since i'll be sight seeing for 10-11 days before the show?

I have ga standing too. do wanna get there a little earlier than normal. we definitely gotta get some good local intuition for somewhere great to meet up.
im flying in from paris on sunday and taking a two day road trip to cork and waterford after the concert. looking for good ideas too. anyone see the grammy performance? Blew everyone else out of the water, was definitely about the music!!! later everyone, adrian |
