I'm the same boat you are. I emailed the venue and they told me that at this time no one day tickets will be sold, and only the $150 seats are non transferrable. If you buy the two day passes at any other level and know people that can take night one off of you, you can do that. I will find a way to be at this show, and if I have to I will shell out the $200 bucks. That would suck driving back to Denver from Kansas....I was also lucky enough to get tickets to the Utah show, so the extra cost is justified since Utah was a free show.

To the person complaining that Phish isn't playing....they will be in Telluride Colorado the week before and Alpine Valley during MHMF.

looking for advice from past MHMF goers. Is this festival at all kid friendly. I see they have rules set aside to allow kids access but that doesnt mean that it's a good place for them. my kids are 8 and 10.

Re: Official Mile High Music Fest 10 Thread

I am not a big festival fan but this line up has me questioning to go or not. I dont mind having to buy a two day pass. I like bands on both days, so it makes it easier to go to both days now that you have to.

your kids will be fine. they'll probably smell weed for their first time but everyone's gotta go through that at some point. might as well be at an awesome festival

Re: Official Mile High Music Fest 10 Thread

I'm already going to the Kansas show the night before and I think it's just not worth it to rush back to Denver to go to the festival. I'd love to see them but it's hard watching a Dmb show with a hundred thousand people there who all aren't there just to see Dmb. I'm still hoping that next year Colorado will get Dmb at a decent venue....hopefully red rocks but I'd even take the Pepsi Center.

Re: Official Mile High Music Fest 10 Thread

the lineup on day 1 is trash. praying for single day tickets to be announced. no way i'll pay $200 for two days of a non-camping fest, thats what most 3 or 4 day fests go for and they have WAY more to offer. colorado is so hip! why doesn't it have a hip festival!?

I'm hopin they sneak in a few more acts... I'm going regardless, but it would be a bonus if there were a few more bands I really wanted to see.

I'm actually thankful for the lineup on day two - I don't feel bad camping out in the front row of the main stage. All the bands I really want to see will likely be playing there anyway.

See you in Wichita..

I had a dream last night I showed up at MHMF and I was able to walk right up to the front row. Wouldn't that be nice... only in dreams.

It will not sell out, but you may have to pay the full ticket price. After ticket sells don't do so well they may come out with a one day pass...maybe.

I don't mind the 200 bucks. I just don't want to pay more to a scalper. Trying to see how I can fit it in is all. If I can wait to get my ticket or must buy now. But thanks for the heads up. Appreciate it!

Re: Official Mile High Music Fest 10 Thread

It would be cool to organize an Ants "section" Sunday night. I've done the Phoenix pre-party the past couple of years, but am going with several people who have never experienced an Ants party. Anyone have one of the old flags to designate fellow Ants?
