As I said in the general movie thread, I'm really digging the vibe from these, for what little I expected to get still this far out from release, I like quite a bit. I know lots of people have problems with Zach Snyder, I'm still giving him the benefit of the doubt here (obviously Nolan's team stepping in to produce doesn't hurt).
Only thing I'm a little thrown by, it sounds like Crowe may be doing a British accent for his role here, I don't understand the point of that. I mean I'm assuming though Henry Cavill is foreign (I forget which specifically) they'll still have Clark Kent speaking with an American accent. And it's not even like you can say Crowe is simply speaking in his native tongue, which of course is Australian.
edit: actually a comment I saw on one of those did make me think. A film that uses a pop song in it has to pay a licensing fee to the record company. When a new film uses recycled score from a previous film in their trailer, do they have to pay a license fee to that studio (assuming it's a different one)? Obviously it happens all the time.
