But sitting out on the PGA patio with Kevin, Phil, and others was a great Night Zero. I think Joe made an appearance too. Right before I went blackout drunk.

Yup, I remember Joe. We offered him some and he said "Oh FUCK NO." Or maybe that was Yette. Eric and Laura were with us, too.

It was a fantastic Night Zero. If only we hadn't blacked out.

Hey everyone! I'm planning on making my first trip to WPB this summer!!!

If they do PITs again this year, this is one of the better venues for that. Last year the pit was never more than 1/2 full either night. Compared to Atlanta where the pit was jam-packed and they even stopped letting people back into the pit. Had front row center for N2 and was able to come and go as I pleased (and pissed). I think venues followed one of two policies for the pit:

1) Sell the same number of tickets in the pit as seats removed (WPB)

2) Sell twice as many tickets in the pit as seats removed, assuming there would be more room due to the removed seats (Atlanta)

Also, the box office had pit tickets available at 5pm before the N2 show for what had been the toughest pit ticket to get

I may make these shows this year, if they're placed in the year at a time that works with my schedule (doing Alpine and Texas for sure, so it needs to be a ways time wise from there.)

Hope you bring Justink along to tape......I think we were lucky to get the tapes we did for 2010 especially N1 (Re: nonregular DMB taper)

Going to try to make it back despite being out west now......been going there since '02.

I was surrounded by waste products that were a bad influence on my young being.

I'm bringing my graduating senior down this year so maybe I'll send him in the pit this year for my drum stick. Last time there was a blatant pass interference from some big old woman who tagged me in the middle of the back as I grabbed it. Fuck I was shit faced....

As some of you may already know I've recently moved to west palm beach from Saratoga/Albany NY area & am looking forward to this summers annual weekend down here. It will be my first so I'm really eager to see whats up, & am also thinking about hitting the PGA up even though I live about 10 mins from the venue. Do they have transportation from hotel to venue & back? & does anyone have any credible leads on when the boys will play there?

There has not been any "official" transportation to venue but several ants will arrange for some at their own cost.

Typically they play the beginning of August thru the middle even. Not sure what tour looks like in 2012 so we'll just have to wait and see. All I know is my family is trying to book my summer disregarding SPAC and WPB DMB dates, foolish bastards....
