After getting pretty sunburned at Harriet, I'm Now currently working on the itching/peeling stage. By next week I'll be good as new. This time though, sunscreen and shade will be my friend.

I'm working on finding a popup shelter (ez up) for the tailgate, because josh definitely can't be in the sun all day, he'll overheat. And so will I

They went all out on cornbread, I don't love the song but holy hell....that was awesome. Once dave lost it, I think the rest of us did too.

But that full band So Damn Lucky gave me chills, I hadn't heard even a recorded version beforehand and I was blown away. Thats a keeper right there.

And has for last night's Two Step.....speechless. Speechless. Best DMB live moment for me so far.

I thought last night's show had tons and tons of energy, yeah that setlist was nothing we'll see at Alpine or Gorge, but for a festival show to get STJL? C'mon. That's pretty special. All in all. Very good show, whine all you want about setlists, but what it all comes down to is what the band does with the songs they play, and they threw a lot into a show they really could have mailed in. Plus, I was three rows back and walked away with TRs pick. No complaints here.

And if the couple who was standing in front of me with the "Carter, stick my wife sign." Is on here. Sorry we couldn't help you get your'e stick, you were very kind to let the girl in front of us keep it. Even though she probably didn't deserve it as much as you.

If this was me, you have my undying gratitude, as it was the highlight of 15 years of following these guys! I was shocked it landed in my arms and I went flying backwards in a stone cold daze..I also lost my glasses, which someone found and handed back, undamaged to boot. An incredible experience!!
