I just got done reading through this thread, and this whole situation is fucked six ways to Sunday. I totally think this should be brought to the authorities. I think it's a mix, that's what I've gathered. He's sold some for face or higher, that he got for lower or face, but for the most part it seems that they are non-existent tix.
