Matthews is confirmed to sing an Elvis Presley song on a TV special for NBC, according to Rolling Stone. Matthews was long reported to be appearing on the special, but this is the first report that he will be actually perfroming an Elvis tune. The song will be selected from the current Elvis 30 #1 hits. A track featured on that release is Can't Help Falling In Love, which Dave uses as an outro to The Stone. Dave also jokingly performed Jailhouse Rock, also on the Elvis album, during the 2.6.96 soundcheck.
According to fans who attended a special performance on November 5th, Dave performed Elvis' Stuck On You 5-8 times before a TV crew.
