The Roots opening in California
Posted by Joe Maliszeski in Tour News at 8:15pm on Wednesday, Apr 2nd, 2003The Roots, a jazz influenced hip-hop band, are scheduled to open for the California portion of this summers tour. The six-date stretch begins on July 26 in Los Angeles and runs until August 2 at the Shoreline Amphitheatre in Mountain View, California, according to the Official Site. This will not be the first time The Roots open for the band. They opened on a number of dates (on the east coast) during the summer of 1999. More opening acts are sure to be announced in the not-to-distant future.
