Dave Matthews Artist Choice CD

The Artist Choice is a compilation of songs picked by an artist (in this case Dave Matthews) based on comments as to why they are important, such as songs that inspired them when they were younger and the music that inspires them today. Hear Music (The Voice of Music at Starbucks) refers to these compilations as "It's like a mixed tape from your favorite artist." The artists that have been part of the Artist Choice series in the past include Tony Bennett, Sheryl Crow, The Rolling Stones, Ray Charles, Norah Jones, Sarah Maclachlan, Willie Nelson, Lucinda Williams, Johnny Cash, Elvis Costello, Emmylou Harris, Yo-Yo Ma, and Joni Mitchell. UPDATE: Starbucks has finally gotten back to us and has said, "Unfortunately, we are not releasing a Dave Matthews version of this in the upcoming season". If any thing more develops we'll let you know.
