Willie covers Gravedigger (Video)
Posted by Joe Maliszeski in Album News at 11:30am on Monday, Jan 7th, 2008Some of you may remember back almost a year ago when we reported that Willie Nelson was rumored to be doing a cover of Gravedigger on his latest album, thanks in part to ant CornellDMBfan. Finally, just before the end of the year Willie released the track list of his latest album titled Moment Of Forever (his second cover album in a little over a year) and indeed Gravedigger made the album. Actually it did a little more then that, it appears to be the initial focus of the album as they are pushing the song. They even have made a music video for the song that is quite different then the Dave Matthews version. Check out Amazon for the exclusive video. The album, which was produced by Kenney Chesney and features a collection of covers, is scheduled to be released on the 29th of this month.
