Stefan Lessard (aka Fonzy) Studio Blog
Posted by Joe Maliszeski in Album News at 12:00pm on Monday, Mar 27th, 2006Bassist Stefan Lessard has taken time to do what so many Dave Matthews Band fans have wanted for years, a blog from the studio. In August 2004, Stefan (and others) created a website dedicated in part to snowboarding and skateboarding with the help of many friends including Ed Robertson, from the Barenaked Ladies, and Cali, the famous DMB interviewer. We originally elected not to report the new website out of respect so that it wouldn't be bombarded with DMB fans wanting to talk about DMB (that's not the intention of the site).

The recent blog, The Haunted Hollow Diaries, is yet more news of the band in the studio (previous news from a recent Dave Matthews interview). Stefan takes a moment to talk about beginning the recording process once again with Stand Up producer Mark Batson.
Also part of a related blog is DMB chef Molly’s return to posting. During the 2003 tour the DMB catering crew would post ‘Recipes from the Road’ that gave fans a “taste” of some of the recipes they cooked up for the band and crew while on tour, many times including unique ingredients related to the city they were currently in. The recipe this time is Grilled Monterey Jack and Corn Quesadillas.
