Euro Tour Review from Con Fusion

Our friends at Con Fusion have provided an in-depth look at the 2010 tour from a sort-of back stage look. The review is provided in a variety of languages (English, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish and French - check out the full credits here ). Unless you feel like challenging yourself and your advanced language skills, the English version is available here, and provides a nice look into what goes on to put a Dave Matthews Band show together.

Dave Interview In Italy

Our Italian friends at Con-Fusion had an opportunity to speak with Dave in a one-on-one interview. The interview appears in the April edition of Buscadero, the leading music magazine in Italy.
In case your Italian is limited to memorizing this, they have graciously translated the interview to English (Grazie!) Read a pretty revealing interview from Dave here.

Con-Fusion Makes the Euro Poster

Congratulations to our friends at Con-Fusion for making it on the Dave Matthews Band promotional poster for the Italy shows! Look at the bottom of the poster and you'll see the name "Con-Fusion" there. Pretty nifty! Don't forget that their Europe Tour party is February 21, so if you're in Italy, make sure you stop by and say "hi" to the crew over there!

And, in case you missed it, the Carlos Santana version of JTR (AKA John The Revelator), going by the name Rain Down On Me, is available on the Supernatural Legacy Edition. You can download that individual track via iTunes (just search "rain down on me" in your iTunes). It's a mere $1.29.

Vienna Waits for their show February 19, then it's back to Germany for a day, and three shows in Italy.

Con-Fusion Hosts European Party

Our good friends Con-Fusion, the Italian Dave Matthews Band Fan-Site, is hosting a party in honor of DMB's return to Europe. The party is February 21 in Milan, at the Salumeria della Musica. The Jazz joint is known as one of the top 100 Jazz Clubs in the world.

For €20,00, you get a buffet dinner with 4 courses (Italian style), and the Italian DMB cover band Joe Busted Band will perform (with a bunch of guests).

Any questions or specifics, stop by the Con-Fusion website. So stop by and have fun and say hi to Corsina! Maybe she'll wear her Antsmarching.org shirt!

Party Time, Italian Style

If you're heading over to Italy, or live there, make sure you head over to the party hosted by our friends at Con-Fusion, the Dave Matthews Band Italian fansite! The good folks over in the motherland will be hosting a party on July 4, in preparation for the July 5 show in Italy.

If your Italian is limited to what you've learned watching The Godfather, don't fret; you can read up on it in English from the official DMB site.

And if you can't make it there, and you're going to be in West Palm Beach for the DMB shows, don't forget about our special at the PGA National. Our Italian friends will be staying there with a bunch of other Ants, and we're already planning a gathering (unofficially) at the Pool the day before the Saturday show, and will do 'something' on Friday and Saturday night after each show.
