Amazing. Very high energy show, the band was definetly feeling it. High points definetly PFWYG and Last Stop. Dreaming Tree and Pig were unexpected as was The Stone as the opener. You Never Know was also quite cool. SMTS-->ASTB-->Stay to end the set was crazy. Ants was predictable as the closer, but insane nonetheless. Nancies was also just killer. Only disappointment was no colabboration w/ Robert Randolph on stage (he and his Family Band had an awesome set as well). Overall, it was an amazing first DMB show.

Funny to see my old review (below), I have since appreciated Dave's old stuff more and definitely say this is one of the best setlists I've seen yet after 10 shows, 4 years later. BTCS is a solid album.
A decent setlist (not one of my favorites but still quality), Dancing Nancies one of the best of the night. Sat up in nosebleeds, Target Center has terrible acoustics if not on floor or first level. Dave should DEFINITELY play at Xcel Energy Center, much better venue in St. Paul (Twin Cities).

Second DMB show that I have attended. After becoming more of a hardcore fan troughout the past year I was very pleased with this concert. I was more aware of the song catalog going into this concert. I got to hear Dreaming Tree which was sweet. Dancing Nancies->Warehouse is awesome!! PFWYG, Cry Freedom, Last Stop, etc...wow, the list can go on and on. Excellent show!! Thanks DMB.

Grace is Gone holds a special meaning for me, so it being in the encore was incredible. The crowd was into it more than any other song, or at least the people by me were. I also liked "This song is about the Mall of America" commment, since I work at Camp Snoopy.

GREAT SHOW! I had a very good time at this show, and despite a setlist lacking "jam" i rank this show very high. Any show with Dancing Nancies is worth the ticket price and i enjoyed hearing some BTCS faves of mine i.e. PIG, Last Stop, Dreaming Tree. As well as "This is a song about the mall of America -->" Pay for What You Get. Sure, i would have ejoyed 2Step, Seek Up, Jimi, #41, ect... in place of FTT, but none the less the band was tight tonight and gave an AWSOME preformence. Thanks DMB!

This was a special show for me. Not only did we hear Dreaming Tree, but I had my first personal encounter with a band member. I met Boyd a few hours before the show and that definitely made my 7th show wonderful!

This was my third DMB show, and the most fun. A friend and I went and we were sitting with Warehouse members. We had three sixteen year olds in front of us who did not know what was going on, a group of Dave Matthews know-it-alls behind us, and an older couple that sat through the entire show. My friend and I acted like jackasses the entire show, even when Dave came out just to introduce the opening act we were screaming. The funniest part of the show was when the band played Rhyme & Reason, I got so excited that I screamed really loud then I realized that I was the only person in the whole building that cheered for the song.

This was my favorite set of the tour. When he said PFWYG was about the Mall Of America, everyone got a good laugh. Great jams and Boyd was on tonight. I got lost in the parking garage after the show due to my alcohol level so I hit Brothers to sober up.

This was a great first DMB show!! I thought that the set list was great. I thought that The Last Stop, Warehouse, Dancing Nancies, and Ants Marching were just great. I loved the energy that the whole band had.

Wow. wow. wow. I was super impressed with the show. The Target Center isn't known for great dave shows, but this one was. Great set list. Probably the BEST nancies I've ever heard...Warehouse, Ants (encore)very good. Grey Street rocked and I was a bit surprised to hear dreaming tree. overall, a sweet show.

3rd show in a week and I was not disappointed. BTCS is my fav studio album, so I was pleased with much of what I heard. Sadly, Target Center sucks if you are anywhere...well anywhere. Not the same kind of energy as Alpine...I mean Alpine had 20,000 more people than Target Center. All in all, good times. Was hoping to hear Best of What's Around (personal fav) and was bummed to find out the next show got it. Oh well, here' hoping for next time.

I have to say that I was somewhat disappointed with the show. My greatest disappointment by far was that they did not bring out Robert Randolph to play with the boys. When they brought out the steel guitar before the encore I really thought that he might come out. Even after they moved when Stephan was done with the GIG intro, I still held out hope, but alas my hopes were dashed.
I think my second disappointment was the crowd. This weekend I was at the 10,000 Lakes Festival (Widespread, Mule, moe., Galatic, etc.) and it was a much different crowd. I guess it has been almost a year since I've seen the boys, but there were a few too many suburban kids for my liking. I missed the hippies from this weekend.
Maybe I just wasn't in the right frame of mind. The set list - for the most part - kicked ass. I could have done without WTWE and Fool to Think, but everything else was great. Especially the unexpected SMTS --> ASTB --> Stay and Dancing Nancies.
Finally, I know everyone loves the song, but I would love to see a show without hearing Ants Marching as a closer. I know I haven't seen it every show, but it damn near seems that way.

After driving there with my main man Red, we seen these two hot chicks on interstate and they followed us and we knew they just wanted the big one. so we got there numbers, not to mention we were so hammed. then after the show we were suppose to meet up with them but we couldnt find our ride so we said fuck it!

The show was great...my second. A lot better than the concert I saw in Ames, Iowa last year. There were a lot of suprises in the set such as Nancies and Pay for what you get...not a lot from the Crash album though...but that was ok. Loved Boyds jam. The BAND ROCKS!!!!!!!!!!!

This was only my third dave show. The band had a lot of energy through out the show. The Boyd solo on Nancies was awesome. They played some rare live songs like Pay For What You Get and Cry Freedom. The one song that I have wanted to see is Stay. I did not expect it out of Anyone Seen the Bridge.

Great Show! Pretty mellow off the beginning, but got a huge shot in the arm with Last Stop, and then the rest was classic! Pay For What You Get was introduced as a song about the Mall of America, the Last Stop was introduced as a love song, and the intro. to Dancing Nancies had a little Talking Heads in there (Once In A Lifetime - very cool!). One final note - Butch and Carter singing backup on Stay is way better than the lovely ladies. They hit every high note - it was actually pretty funny! Get your hands on this show!

Thought the show was good, very good. Great set lists. Wasn't the outdoors atmosphere, But sounded good from where I was sitting.(about 8 rows off the back left coner of the stage.) Dave seemed very playful. Looked like Stephan was a little pissed at the end of last stop? I thought that the Last Stop, Nancies, Warehouse, SMTS, and Stay were jammin! Same w/ Ants! Also loved the choice of mellower slower tunes! Glad not to here Crash or Satelite. Only wish he would have played Bartender tonight. Has he played Watchtower yet on this tour? All in all good show!

Dave was really into this show....lot of "Dave dancing." Especially on So Much to Say, when at the end of the song the band went into an impromptu jam. Dave was literally bouncing around the stage! Also played an excellent The Last Stop, Dancing Nancies, and of course Ants Marching.

Awesome show. I loved that Dave stuck with the acoustic for entire show. i think, i could be wrong though, i cracked my head open on the stairs at the Targer Center while leaving the concert :)
