This was a great show - best concert I've ever seen. No joke. We waited all afternoon in the rain for Dave to come and as he drove by, he gave us his goofy grin and flashed us the peace sign. I couldn't believe it lasted almost 4 and a half hours, and though many did, I didn't even sit down for one second. It was just too incredible. I loved when Trey forgot the words to Up On Cripple Creek because it was truly funny and in some way, oddly adorable. And the dancing! I can't even begin to describe how much energy he instilled in everyone for that one single minute of fancy footwork. The coolest possible thing he could ever say was "It's nice to be here at home." I'm still smiling about that. When he played Baby and Some Devil, chills literally ran up and down my spine, and when they did Everyday, it was cool cause the outro was over a minute of just guitar and the crowd could sing along. They kept looking around and smiling...it was like they didn't want it to end. Well I know I didn't, at least.

The show at the Key Arena was quite better than I expected. There were so many awesome surprises and I was very happy with the outcome. I went not sure what to expect and halfway through the show, I turned to my roommate and told her it was way better than I could have dreamed! Although I will admit it does not even come close to comparing with the whole band, I missed them and my enthausium was not the same without the guys all there. But it was fun to see other guests and to get a new taste of what Dave solo has to offer. I am impressed and even more excited for this summers album and tour! :) Hope to see you all at the Gorge! :)

This show ranks in my top five shows of all time. My friend Mike and I flew out to Seattle to see this show. This show was amazing. Seeing Dave and Tim live together for the first time. Seeing and hearing a totally different sound from Dave and Friends. If you have not heard this show, check it out!!

The show was Awesome. Dave and Tim together are like jam on toast, they just go together. Dave was so energetic it was fun to watch. My wife and I beleive that he has been with the DMB so long that being with new group of people playing different songs has made him a new man. Dave did some funny dancing at the end of Thank You, just that 60 seconds for me was worth the ticket price. I hope that this is not the last time that Dave plays with his friends.

This show was awesome. The only thing I would have changed was the crowd. Too many people wanted to just sit down. Dave's voice gave me chills during Some Devil and IBYU. I thought the sound was amazing and Dave's dancing at the end was a great treat.

Made the trip from the Tri-Cities Monday afternoon, this made the crappy weather on Snoqualmie Pass totally worthwhile. In fact, having made the pilgrimmage to the Gorge almost every year since '97 I can say this was the best Dave show I've ever seen. Scratch that, that was the best show I've ever seen, period. The energy coming off the stage was unbelievable. They looked like they were having a blast up there. I don't know much about Phish but was really impressed with Trey's playing and stage presence. I'm hoping D&F tours again sometime; no question about taking vacation time and road tripping for that one.

No words to describe. Tim was utterly amazing on LIOG and Nancies. Got to here my fav IBYU. Trouble was cool jammed out. Tell me something good was definitly a high light of the night for me. Fire, and Thank You were awesome. Didn't mind all the people sitting down around me, gave me a perfect view. Three and a half hrs, dave dancing his ass off...no complaints besides the uneasiness of a pysco ex gf ten rows in front of me. Second best show out of 15 for me behind sunday at the gorge '02.

Greatest show I've seen yet! We got there and our seats in sect. 107 were upgraded to floor tickets, row 22, seats 1 & 2. Even better, as soon as the lights went down, my friend and I scurried up front and stood in the second row in a vacant space left open for wheelchairs. Trey was right in front of us, and Dave was sooo close. Was truly a great show all around musically, Dave & Tim are the best!

Great trip! Came up from Portland and usually when we travel the past few years we head for the outdoors (Gorge), but this was a lot of fun. First time to Key Arena and I must say the intimacy of the venue was ideal for the type of show. show itself was breathtaking. Must say missed the "horn man", thought Leroi could of added a lot, but the different style made it very unique. Great to see Tim and Trey. Wish there was a little more Emmylou involvement, I loved the Gulf Coast Highway and Long Black Veil at Austin City limits. Trey and dave in the encore was pretty amazing. All around a great experience, Sorry won't be able to make it to the Oakland show. See you at the Next Tour. We're hitting double digits.

This is the second time ive been to a Dave concert, the first time was at the Gorge this year. It was a totally different experience. The show was very cool, especially for the last song when Dave put down his guitar and danced for like 5 minutes and Trey went over to help drum. Speaking of Trey, my friends and I were hanging out at the Pikes Market and we ran into Trey and his keyboardist. We talked to him for a couple of minutes, it was very cool. He was so laid back.

Incredible. Absolutely amazing, probably the best "dave" concert I've been to. I'm speechless it was so good. Bartender was a perfect opener; and what better encore closer than "Thank You" - even though I'd never heard that song before. Amazing -- thank you D&F.

this show was so awesome. I got to see tim and dave acoustic for the first time for the first 6 songs and then him jam the rest of the night with all the other cast of characters like TREY incredible performance. I need this show.

Review:
As I expected Dave and Tim was completely out of place in a large venue. I was lucky to be close enough (7th row) to enjoy it but it felt all wrong. However, to see IBYU again was pretty cool. All my expectations for the Dave and Friends set were realized even with Trey forgetting Up On Cripple Creek. The 'Friends' are great and Dave seems to feel much less pressure than during DMB and it came through. My only disappointment was no Oh but I still have the Oakland show so I'm not too worried about seing it.

One of the best shows that I have ever seen, Dave or anyone. Why? Because there was a feeling in the place that night that is difficult to compare any other show with. Trey, Dave, Timmy, Brady -- all accomplished musicians and feeling so insynch--it was really a moment-playing songs like Thank You, etc. were just so awesome. You had to be close to really enjoy these moments...

This show was in my top 5 all time greatest shows, and I've been to hella shows. Dave dancing at the end of Thank you was awesome. I've seen Dave so many times now I feel as if I know him. It's great to watch him interact with the other guys. I love there facial expessions. Finally got to see Dave and Tim together! YEAH! Trey is a great guitarist. When he forgot the words during Cripple Creek, the look on his face was priceless. Thanks to Dave and Friends.

Wow --- We traveled to Sealte from Phoenix... so worth every mile. Dave dacing without the guitar was the best. I felt like a freak, I think Dave made me scream at least 4 times. I would have to agree with a few other fans, Trey forgetting the words was addorable. Sealte was a great town. We spent several days checking things out waiting for the show. Can not wait to go back.

WOW, I never heard of Dave Matthews or his band. I felt like I was in his house as a friend or at least a guest. I was a dmb virgin. I have been to the WA gorge two years in a roll for the weekend and it was never as good as the first time. I find all I want to listen to is DMB anymore, and when he starts to two step it drives my wife crazy. Hats off to Dave.

Well, this was only my 2nd Dave show, at the somewhat old age of 28, almost 29! It's shameful! We saw DMB at the Gorge on 8/07 and we said at that show that it was the best show ever (even though my husband was in a quandry over whether it topped the Dead show he went to (one of their last). But anyway, I was slightly disappointed going to this show, mainly because having just joined The Warehouse, I mistakenly expected somewhat decent seats and instead ended up in row 212! (In a row of expressionless, motionless people I might add). But soon it didn't matter, because I honestly felt priveleged to have the opportunity to be at such an amazing and transplendent show. I especially enjoyed the dancing, that crazy happy dancing. Some Devil just mesmerized me, all the covers were terrific, the audience participation on Everyday couldn't have been better if it was planned. I love this man and his music and his friends! They rock forever! I seriously wished after that show I could just follow them on the rest of their tour but my husband had to remind me that we have two kids under 10 at home and they needed me more than Dave. So I'm just waiting for the next show and treasuring the memories of this one!

My first Tim and Dave together experience, they played beautifully. The crowd loved Lie In Our Graves so much Dave didn't even finish it after the jam, he went right into IBYU. From the first jam at the end of Trouble I knew that Dave and his Friends were going to rock. Tell Me Something Good got everyone dancing, which is sometimes hard in an Arena setting where only the die hard fans are standing the whole show. I was amazed at how good Dave's solo performance of Some Devil sounded. Things had kind of slowed down around this time, but Too high into Fire into Hey Bulldog got everyone going again. Tons of energy. Dave and Trey play wonderfully together, a different dynamic than Tim and Dave. Not better just different. I had only been to one Phish show before this concert and really underestimated how well Trey plays. Hearing the crowd chanting "Honey, Honey" over Dave's opening chords to Everyday was transcendent. I was hoping for Fool In The Rain closer, but Thank You was no let down. Dave had the whole crowd singing "I want to thank you, for lettin' me, be myself!" Just an amazing concert. More than I expected even after hearing some the shows from December. Thank you Dave and Friends.

This was my first chance to see Dave and Tim play together. What can I say.. Tim beats the hell out of that guitar and it sounds unbelivable. Still buggs me that they only played East Coast venues last winter. Nancies was amazing. Dave and Friends was also alot of fun..... A great bunch of musicians having a good time. Can't wait until this summers tour.
