Awesome show! His voice cleared up for this one and they were totally on! I was 5th row by the end and it was the most amazing high.

Really great show. 'Too Much' to open and close the show was amazing (especially the outro skat). My stomach sank when I heard 'Sugar Will' for the first time(Butch had an amazing solo) and some time during the show about 20 or 30 people held up sparklers (We were in the Warhouse section of the lawn). First time in Atlanta; the locals were really cool. Burned a few down in the ampitheater and a middle-aged man and his wife got in the rotation and ended up paying for our dinner as a thanks. 'Good Good Time' has the coolest lyrics in ATL (in my opinion) so far this tour. All this with a sick drum solo after 'Hello Again' make this show one to remember.

I have to rate this concert as my least favorite DMB show I've seen.

Review:
A great show. The crowd (at least where I was) was great. There was alot of drunken dancing going on, and everyone sang along during Everyday- wonderful! I was surprised to hear I Did It and Captain. I Did It simply because it seems to be universally hated by DMB fans, (I am slightly embarrassed to admit that I kinda like the song. It doesn't sound like DMB, but it is a good song.) and Captain because I've never heard them play that in concert before. It was very high energy, and really quite exciting. My only complaint would be the lackluster encore. I love Don't Drink the Water, and the Too Much outro thing was cool, but I was hoping for something a bit more upbeat; Rapunzel, Stay(Wasting Time), Tripping Billies, Ants Marching, etc. etc. Other than that, extremely good! I'm looking forward to the next!

my first show of this summer, 3rd overall. a great way to kick things off. great energy from the band. the crowd was so-so, and it's too bad i had to deal with drunken idiots directly in front of me on the lawn, but such is life. too much outro was great, and i love the new songs more and more each time i hear them. sugar will's jam was exceptional. all in all, a great, great show, marred only by a slightly disrespectful crowd.

Good show. definatly not my top favorite of all the atlanta shows (that title belongs to 12/11/02) but the set list was pretty good. I do have to sayt aht last yeras HiFi Buys show was better, it just seemed to have more of a punch. Crowd excitement maybe? All in all, good show, good set list, wish i was going to another one.

This was my first show, so I don't have anything to compare it to that is really tangible. I thought it would be mediocre because of the past couple of years at Hi-Fi were lackluster, but tonight I had my breath taken away so many different times. Bartender was a song I honestly did not think that they would play but they did, and I could have left happy if they ended it right there. The show had so much fucking energy, it was a truly remarkable thing to see. I look forward to it again next year.

Amazing! Only my second DMB show (they don't play in the midwest enough), but by far the best concert I have ever been to. I've heard a lot of DMB concerts, but the solos on "Crush" were the best I've heard. Great energy from the crowd. And the rain didn't start till after the show.

First DMB show, had an amazing time. The music was spectactualr and you really get a sense for why you HAVE to see the guys live. Intresting note: Got a aftershow pass from Fenton and Bagby becasue my seat was RIGHT behind the sound'lights. Cool guys. Unfortunatly, it rained afterwards and HI-FI messed up and I didn't get to meet anyone or anything. Oh well. Great show

Solid show, crowd was fairly into it. Warehouse tickets were way too far over to one side of the stage, but I loved the Too Much opening then followed up with I Did It (yes its hated by the faithful, but I like it). Played a lot of my favorite DMB songs, Warehouse, One Sweet World, Crush, Don't Drink the Water. My 3rd DMB show, went to my 4th in Tampa on 7/29, that was a great show as well!

I cannot find my ticket stub for this show, so I don't know the exact seat I was in. I went to this one with my Girlfriend, again. I had been learning the new songs through downloads of shows earlier in the tour, and I remember being a little out of place because I knew all the changes and some of the words. This was the first show I saw with the new 2004 songs, and I was pleased to find that they again played all 5 of them. I love the new songs, Joy-Ride being my favorite, due to the fact that it's got huge energy and they throw it into 3/4 during the bridge. Sugar Will is a great jam song, but I'm afraid it's not going to make the studio cut. Hello Again is very cool, and Good Good Time was a great encore piece, though it still needs some work. Overall, a great show. But then again, I feel that every show I'm at is a great show.

My first DMB concert and it definately lived up to all the expectations. I couldn't believe how clean and crisp the band sounded, better than anything I expected. Boyd sounded as in tune as I had ever heard and Leroi was on fire tonight with all of the solos in Crush and Sugar Will. Warehouse was unfuckingbelievable and bartender took my breath away. I really didn't mind I Did It, but my only gripe was the encore. Wanted a watchtower or rapunzel, but oh well. Carter is GOD. THis makes me want to go on ebay and buy tickets to another event this year

Great Show, lots of energy form dmb and the crowd. The setlist was ok. Dave kinda did a lil John (yea) thing during Too Much. Highlights were Bartender, and two step in my opinion and carters solo. Only thing I didnt like was dont drink the water as an encore.

Overall an excellent show. My first DMB concert and I definately enjoyed it. However, I wasn't 100% satisfied with the set list. I would've liked to have heard more of his "common" music but the music was great nonetheless. The other thing that bugged me is that he didn't really talk to the audience too much, that would've been nice too :) Overall excellent though and will definately be going again soon.

This was my second DMB show and the second of any show I'd seen at Hi-Fi Buys. I had an awesome night. Meeting new people who are also DMB fans rocks. I felt a little removed being in the lawn, but that's my own fault. (I decided to drive to the show from Huntsville, AL, while I was at work the morning before. I made it onto the lawn just as Dave was taking the stage.)

Great, great show.. I did it was the low point, but everything else was spot on. Carter was Jammin! Sat row P in 103, so had a great view. Robert Earl Keene was Straight, ya'll misseed out who didn't come early enough to see him. Dave's free style/skat/little john impov was Great. One sweet world gave some Great jaming. REALLY liked the new songs. Look forward to getting this show. Was surprised on the selection of songs given dave's recent throat issues. Bartender/DDTW are not easy on his vocal cords!! Rockin Show:)

I got seats though Warehouse and once again they have come through with fantastic tix!!!! As everyone else, I thought the Too Much was really cool, and the Lil Jon references were awesome, especially in Atlanta. My favorite was actually a new song. I thought Hello Again was great! It was during this song when the band really start to get into the swing of things. I was concerned during the first few songs, but I got over that real quick. This was my 6th show.

My first show and of course I thought it was awesome, but going back and listening to a copy of the show I can tell Dave wasn't having his best night, and I don't think the rest of the band was either. Of all the shows I would go on to attend, this was probably the least greastest.

This was really a great show to be at-- very different from any that I've been to in the last few years. They opened with "Too Much", so instead of jamming, and then starting a song, it hit all at once. We also got to hear all of the new songs that are being played this tour. The coolest part of the night was, I think, "Everyday". When the crowd started singing the "Hani hani (or honey honey) come and dance with me" part at the end, and then the band came back in, some of them singing "Everyday" and some singing with the crowd, it was a really awesome moment. I have heard them open with DDTW a million times, but NEVER heard it as an encore until last night, and then the "Outro" for "Too Much" made an appearance-- how great is that? All in all-- a great show! Can't wait for Antioch 8/4//04!

Very good, been to a couple Dave shows now, saw him at Turner a couple years back. I disagree with the reviewers talking about the lack of energy, the Lawn section was definately completely into it, and for that matter, so was the band. Boyd and Carter were smiling playing for each other in a few songs. Not a whole lot of Dave dialogue, and not the greatest setlist, but it was a Dave Matthews show, it was fun as hell.

I'm a huge fan, but this was my first show. You never realize how powerful Dave's voice was until you hear it live. I was not disappointed at all, sure I wish he played some rarer songs, but DIDO and Bartender were a great surprize. Dave's screaming in Bartender was unbelievable, so powerful and moving. I just had to close my eyes during Bartender, it was an undescribable experience. Crush was amazing as well, crowd was singing every word with Dave. Boyd was great all night, in tune, and had some nice solos. Carter was simply amazing, we were bowing to him by the end of the night, and Dave was more incredible than I ever imagined. If you haven't seen Dave live, do it!

It was cool to see Captain b/c that was completely out of left field. The best part for me though was dancin with my girlfriend and singin to her during crush.. major points with her haha.

Carter was spectactular the whole show, Dave's voice was great, Boyd was perfectly in tune(for all you Boyd bashers) and tore the shit out of Crush, Stefan was jumping around having a great time, Leroi was solid, Butch added some great soloing on Two Step. This show was a FUCKING amazing show!!! My second show (in Atlanta) and I must say, this with last year's show are freaking great! This year, I got a camera in and took pics all night. I'm surprised by some reactions from the reviews and also there has been no mention of Leroi's sunglasses' absense. I thought it was DAMN cool to see DDTW as an encore. That could have ended the show, but the Too Much reprise was fucking amazing. I love Dave's screaming. The energy was there all night. Bartender, Warehouse, and Two Step made my night (from old school songs). Hello Again was TIGHT live! Carter's solo during that was freaking amazing. Everyone was into it! The crowd around me was into the show (with few exceptions). Great setlist. Where the hell did Captain come from? Can't wait till next year!

This was my 4th time seeing DMB and I must say it was probably one of the worst shows. The setlist was good and filled with awesome songs and it looked like the band was pumped to be there, I mean Stefan was jumping around during some of Boyd's solos, which is a rareity to see Stefan do anything but sway...but the crowd, that is a whole different story. It seemed like the crowd did not care about the show at all, they just used it as an excuse to get trashed, which is really disappointing. I mean during Everyday people started to sing "Honey Honey", which is cool but it was only about 1/2 of the audience, if that and they stopped after a minute. And the woo's on Warehouse were lacking energy as well. Overall it was an ok show like I said, but if the crowd does not get into then the band does not get into it and it just makes the whole show go down hill.

This was also my first time to hear the new songs live and I thought Crazy Easy and Joy Ride were pretty good, and Good good time has potential. The Too Much outro was interesting, and I felt special to see them do something a little out of the box like that. My only complaint with this show is that the rain only teased us during Dont Drink the Water. It wouldve been pretty cool to have heard the end of the show in the rain. Anyway, my first show was 9-19-03 (Nashville) so its hard to compete with my previous experience, but I had a lot of fun.
