First Row! Finally. It was row C, supposedly, but seat #27, and the seats were in an arc, landing it on the aisle of the front row section. Oh, so much fun. #41 forever playing in my mind.

Amazing show, loved #41 and I had never heard Seek Up live before. RR adds so much to the songs at the end as well. Was pumped for #40 so he truely did tease me.

Another awesome show, I don't think there can ever be a "bad" show from them. It was almost a repeat from last year(2nd night) but the rain was early this year. Good stuff...I'm really liking Dreamgirl and Louisana Bayou.

Well N2 was much better than N1. Seek Up>>You Might Die Trying was just GREAT! My 16th show, and probably my favorite. Not only did we get the longest Seek Up, but Dave finally sang some words to MY #40 tease. Second time he has teased it for me, haha, so I was excited. Brought the same sign to Nash last year and he strummed through it a few times and stopped. He recognized me the second night and teased it for me again. Look for another one at Bonnaroo, Atlanta (maybe not here), Nashville for sure, Cinci, Alpine, LA, and Red Rocks

This was one of the best jam session concerts I've been to. They rocked every song out to its fullest. The only thing that soured this night was opening with "So Much To Say" (Where Dave Messed up the lyrics) and after pumping up the crowd after playing ,the next "Grey Street" quality song, "Louisiana Bayou", he opens the encore with a very poor "Stolen Away On 55th and 3rd" which got people heading to their cars. But none the less, I had to pee the entire concert and couldn't bring myself to go to the restroom because the concert freakin rocked.

The secong night at Columbus was much better than the first. Highlights of the night included 41, Seek up (on which Boyd played well, surprisingly, and Butch played very well, unsurprisingly) and Crush. One Sweet World was nice, but I wish they would bring back the intro, which I have always liked more that the actual song. Hello Again cemented its place as my favorite track on the new album, simply because Carter is a madman. Hunger for the Great Light is my 2nd favorite from Stand up, and I think that it had great potential for jamming. Stand Up itself is tied for my least favorite on the album, but the addition of Robert Randolph at this show certainly improved it. Best of all, for the second time in 2 days I successfuly picked the Encore closer, Warehouse, and won myself some more money.

I was there in the 7th row. I was happy to hear the number 40 tease, 41, and a pretty tight Seek Up. The new songs sounded great, Robert Randolph again was a treat, the band loves him.

This was something close to the best night of my life. This was the first time I've seen DMB live, and I know it won't be the last. All the songs were absolutely spectacular, and the super-long Seek Up was brilliant. Boyd is such an amazing artist--his solos were fantastic! Just... wow.

Cool #40 tease & Robert Randolph tore it up on his sit-ins. Dave's mic indistinct when speaking to crowd. "What Would You Say" & "Crush" sequence a definite high point. Once again played beyond published venue time limit of 11:00pm by about 10 minutes, so thanx DMB ! Next stop for me: Randall Island on Saturday, 7/30/05 !

My fourth and best DMB concert ever - incredible setlist - went with my good friend Tim Bechtel, we truly enjoyed it - Randolf was great when playing with DMB - I posted an earlier bitch about Butch Taylor's solos - but now that I've downloaded and listened again, I owe him an apology - the jam on Bartender was fantastic. great set... all the songs felt good and had really good vibe.

Great set in which the old stuff ("One Sweet World" AND a 20+ minute version of "Seek Up", not to mention a brief "#40" tease) off-set some of the newer, less inspired stuff. Perfect seats! For more, http://buhtros.blogspot.com/2005/06/dmb-final-score-card.html

Absolutely amazing show! Been to over 30 shows and this is definitely in the Top 3 as far as energy level, setlist, experience. Amazing versions of Seek Up and #41 highlight the show. Even the popularly played What Would You Say had a little extra kick. Stand Up songs were good as well.

My first show . . . amazing. #41, OSW, Seek Up, all wonderful. Hello Again VERY powerful and energetic. The stuff off Stand Up is MUCH more enjoyable live. Unfortunately didn't realize what #40[Tease] was at the show. Very pleased with a Warehouse closer.

The part of this show that stands out the most in my memory is the awesome guest spot of Robert Randolph! He helped turn Louisiana Bayou to a song I didn\'t really think much about into the undisputed highlight of the show. I actually enjoyed the Stand Up album quite a bit, so I was okay with the fact that this show was heavy on it. The only negative; \"Seek Up\" was something like 25 minutes long, and the crowd seemed to collectively space out after awhile.

SMTS: really got the crowd going.. #41: wow, what can I say.. Everyday outro too-- after a few of us started singing it it finally caught on. Beautiful outro that just kept going and going. I think dave screwed up a few lyrics. Dream Girl: nice intro again; love the chanting. Dave really gets into this. Simple, beautiful Grey Street: picked this when i saw them tuning the 12-string during DG; pseudo-short version, jammed outro with dave crazy-legging around the stage AB: standard, but nice version. OSW: nice intro . Beautiful lighting. Hello Again: WOW WOW WOW... high intensity, energy, wow. extended LONG outro, dave yelling; very powerful song, beautiful and definitely one of the longer ones this tour Seek Up: The song kept going and going, longest I've heard in a while. Feels like it was about 20-22 minutes? Carter just kept it moving with jams. Die Trying: nice song; evolving well. LeRoi tears it up. Lots of jam room. #40 tease!!: YES, YES, YES;; there were lyrics here. Seemed like 2 pseudo-verses. WWYS: nice they brought this back. Kept the crowd into things. classic. Crush: jammed out as always. beautiful lighting. Hunger: Butch adds some nice keys work here; standard version, but heavy and powerful outro which I see them adding onto as the tour goes on Lover: nice mellow song, LeRoi tore it up. Stand Up: Robert Randolph added a lot to the song, again to the outro portion. Bayou: nice nice song. When I first heard it on the disc, I had my doubts about it live, but this, wow; RR was key to the outro. Long version. Stolen: standard version, mellow, good E1 song. Warehouse: woos as always; stefan throwing his hands up.. and salsa-jam ending that Carter does so well.. seems like a long version again.

This was one of the best show's I have ever been to. The only down side is that although my seets were pretty good, to me that is, the croud that was around us, for one of the nights, was a bit older, or they were not really into the concert which in turn lightened the atmosphere just a little bit.

Awesome show last night. Of the 20 or so I've seen, last night was right at the top. The set flowed beautifully, and the energy was incredible. Once again, it seems like the 2nd night of 2 night stops are the shows to be at. Quick highlights: #41 - It was nice to see a couple Crash songs to start, and #41 kicked ass, as always, nice tight jam. Hello Again - Gets better every time, awesome drums, how spoiled are we with Carter? Seek Up --> Die Trying - Seek Up was a great surprise, and YMDT is getting better and better. #40 - Not sure what prompted this, but it was definitley impromptu. I think it would have gone on longer if Dave could've remembered the chorus, but it appeared he couldn't quite remember... it also looked like the boys were ready to join in on this if Dave kept going... perhaps a good sign to see this again. SU & Bayou - Let me just say if RR wants to be the 7th member of the band, I would have no problem with that. The roof was coming off at the end of Bayou. SA55&3 - I was pumped to hear this, one of my fav's on the new album. I thought it brought the crowd down a little after the thunderous close to the set, but I thought it came off better than ODH would have, and I'm looking forward to hearing this more as the tour goes on. Warehouse - great close, great jam. I think for every song last night, you could say awesome energy, awesome jam, and you would right on. The boys were feeling it... now, if I can just get through work without falling asleep...
