The crowd was the best I've seen yet. Loved the covers and Dave was in a wild mood.

Un-Be-Leave-A-ble. Period.
The energy was magicial. It was like a young band having FUN on stage. Dave was laughing and shaking his butt, just a good time on stage. Stephan was jumping up and down like crazy.
Greek Theater. Everyone smoking. Sitting 41 feet away from Dave. Everyone I sat around was COOL. Maybe because I was towards the front with the dedicated listeners. Setlist incredible: Seriously Warehouse! Great version on Jimi Thing--how about the blimp flying overhead, band stopping to check it out too. "Stop, hey what's that sound?"--Fitting for the area, don't you think?
Watchtower to end--incredible. Tim playing with his teeth. Seriously, don't believe the smack. This show was...inspiring.
Ohh...and about the set list. "Improve" was the rarest song, but they also played Proudest Monkey and Warehouse...which were listed as rarest songs at previous venues...bottom line, they pulled out all the stops.

Out of 4, the best show I have been too. Very up-beat and I have never seen or heard Dave in such a good mood. Two Hendrix covers, which really fit well for Berkeley.

Unbelievable energy in the crowd and on the stage! The band was so into it, more than I've ever seen in the 25 shows I've seen before. Definitely (was) the best DMB show I'd ever seen. The only reason I gave it a 4 and not a 5 is because of the next night...

On the rail at the front. WAYG was sorta of a set killer for me. The little improv jam with Dave shaking his ass was funny.
Great show over all...the guys were having a great time, I could tell.
Got a drum stick, only after some dip shit kept trying to grab other people's sticks when Carter obviously pointed at them.

Great night!! I was about 15 rows back in the pit dead center. Seek Up opener was chilling. The covers all sounded great. Watchtower should have been featured a little bit more this summer IMO, but I was very grateful to see it the 2 times it was played. Rhyme & Reason was excellent. Can't say enough about the venue. It does not have the scenery of the Gorge or the acoustics of Red Rocks, but it makes up for it in intimacy.

The energy was awesome! I had the impression that Dave was truly having a good time on stage. It seemed that almost every song had a kick ass jam associated with it. I liked the playlist, but I'm hoping for a better variety tonight. Sledgehammer was cool, but I'd like to have heard more of their unreleased stuff. Energy = 5+; playlist = 3. There was more "smoke" at this show than the other two shows I've been to combined, & people were sharing :) Looking forward to LeRoi's birthday show!!

I'm from Florida and the crowd was nothing like the FLA people. Everyone was just standing in line! No one was having a good time. I feel every person was sober going in. I'm going tomorrow night, but the FLA show's blow Berkley out of the water. What happened to everyone being relaxed and chill in Cali? Not at the Berkley show. If you plan on coming for the third show of the stop, plan on having fun before you stand in line. Drink a beer, burn one... because no one at Berkley will share for Sunday. What happened to all the tree sitters?

Been to over 70 shows and this one was in the top 10 maybe even top 5. Seen DMB for several 3 night gigs, 2x at the GORGE and Red Rocks, etc but this was a great show!!

all i can say is...good lord....i was right up against the stage!!!!it was like seeing dmb in a sea wolrd arena.oh so intimate...sound was a little off but amazing no doubt!!im glad i drove the 400 miles there and 400 miles back.

This was the best show that I have been to since LeRoi passed away. I went to all three nights at the Gorge this year and also Night 1 and this show in Berkeley. This was the first show that I started to hear the Dave Matthews Band that I remember from earlier this year. It was nice to hear some of the anger gone and also see the band having a lot of fun.
