I am confused when people talk about a crowd not being "into" a DMB concert just because they are laid back and not jumping around on every song. I thought DMB concerts where suppose to be laid back. Having said that, Willie on Gravedigger was my only disappointment but that was made up for by hearing his boy for the first time.

All in all it was a pretty good show. For being in the BOK Center that large, the acoustics really were pretty good. It was the first indoor I'd ever been to (ampitheatre, ballpark). I really enjjoyed Proudest Monkey for the opener, I only wish it were longer. Grey Street for the closer before the encor was also really cool, I haven't seen it live yet and its one of the more favorites. Although I'd seen Cornbread a couple of times prior, I felt they really played well for the song. Stay or Leave was also really good, they added in extra element like Tim and Carter, and I can't recall what else, I just know it definately caught my attention as good. Mickey's solo jam on Jimi thing was also good. Can't forget about Willie on gravedigger... his vocals aren't the best, but i liked the way it sounded. He's still kickin. Dave's solo for Baby Blue was pretty nice, and a little of Stairway to Heaven in All Along the Watchtower at the beginning, and a little towards the end was pretty sweet. Like I said, all in all a good show, and glad i was able to attend.

Was thinking about writing an indepth review of the show but I can't bring myself to embarrass Tulsa, OK that much. I'll just say this about the show:

The band was great.
The BOK crowd sucked ass. They were louder for Willie on GD.
The BOK venue was nice.
The setlist was good; hoped for a better ending.
The band could have been better but they were dealt a shitty crowd; who can blame them?
Wished for more solos and jams.
I was in row B of section 327. Aisle seats. Wife and I the only people standing up during the show within a 100 foot radius.

Honest review. Take it or leave it. I have nothing against T-town. I was born there. I just think they tend to welcome country folks alot more than people like DMB. Alot leads me to believe they won't play Tulsa again. We'll see.

Nice PM opener, GD w/ Willie was real cool, JT was on fire - loved the Sexy Muthafucka ending, thought AP was solid, and GS is an all time fav. Watchtower never sucks, the Stairway interpolation made it extra good. Overall decent show, 3 BW debuts for me personally, it was a little short for dmb standards (guys must have been itching to get to ACL).

2nd time to see gravedigger w/ Willie. Jimi Thing with Mickey Raphael was aweseome. Never seen them indoors, i like outdoors much better.

This was my first DMB show it was crazy cool. I remember being really pumped up and watching a living legend, Willie Nelson, while waiting for the greatest band on the planet. Pretty hard to top that although it will probably happen.

Loved the new songs and the Stair Way to Heaven bass solo. Wondered why there were no big screens. I prefer their outdoor shows more I think. There were LOTS of people there that weren't DMB diehards...so my friend and I were the only one's in our section standing up dancing and singing along. Seemed like they weren't as it to it as other shows. Maybe saving up for ACL? It looked like a sold out show. Glad to see the newbies enjoying a rockin show. Next time go back to the OKC ball park, now that was a great show.

I was fun is some respects to finally see the boys in my hometown. Saw the show with my Dad, brother and daughter whom all have become huge DMB fans through me! But that being said half the crowd was there to see Willie Nelson and were not the big DMB fans that give a show such a groovy vibe

It was great seeing the Band from the side-stage perspective. They really were making it click with one another and Dave was having fun. Not the set list I would have chosen (my personal favorites not played) but still a great show!! :)

I thought the crowd kinda killed this one. I don't expect to see DMB back in Tulsa. OKC last year was WAY better.

Good show. Willie nelson opened which was really fun hearing him play gravedigger. His excitement wasn't the highest and the crowd wasn't overly into it. Its what you expect from an indoor show

The stage was probably the most understated of any show I have seen... was it a restriction of the venue or "recession chic"? I don't know. We had awesome seats on Row C in front of Fonzy, so it was nice to not have the distraction of mongo screens and graphics, but I had a moment of sadness for those in the 300 seats.
A mellow start, but the show grew in intensity from there. I don't KNOW that they were still mulling over the last encore song, but it seemed like it. All Along the Watchtower did not disappoint!
The crowd always makes me laugh - someone's cranky GF sat throughout the show... which should be illegal. Behind us a family from Lubbock with two kids who were so cool and such big DMB fans -- but I was embarrassed to turn around during "shakin that ass"
Jeff really looks comfortable with the band now, shy Rashawn is a faithful gem, carter was animated and energetic as ever, and Dave seemed worn out -- but to be fair, it's been a big year! Boyd dazzled on a couple of old favorites, but I miss the flamboyant leather pants showman. Tim was underutilized, but it will be tough to top Tim at Busch Stadium 2008 for me. The real star of the night was Stefan, in my opinion.
Great mix of older tunes and a great sample of the best album from the band in YEARS!
I was pleasantly surprised by Tulsa.
When does the next tour start? I already miss them!

Overall it was a pretty good show. That being said, it might be my least favorite show out of all the one's I went to this year. It seems like they were kinda going through the motions and ready for the long tour to be over. Still though there were some great moments all the way through.

Good show, finally got to see watchtower live (with a nice interlude into stairway to heaven)... One thing I did find strange and annoying was the lack of any type of screen at the show. The arena isnt huge, so Im sure it didnt pose that much of a problem for the lower levels, but for us in the 300's, it kinda sucked not being able to see Dave and the band. A lady sitting next to me had a video cam with zoom...peeping over her shoulder was my only real view...

I'm reading a lot of reviews that say the sound wasn't good. Maybe it was from where I was but the sound quality I heard was phenomenal! I've heard DMB play in stadiums/amphitheaters/arenas. This by far was the best sounding. Set list was a little bland. I loved PM. Rashawn killed it. I also loved Boyd's solo on LIOG. Overall I gave it a 4...The crowd SUCKED. This woman threw up right in front of me and my girlfriend. The smell reeked and her boyfriend insisted that she stay when everyone was telling her to clean herself off and leave. It was a mess but we got moved up so I guess it was all good.

Not a bad setlist, terrible crowd I don't think they will be coming back to Tulsa. Being my home town it would have a been nice if any people around me knew any other song than Crash. Disappointed after how good the Okc concert was last year.

Ok so here is the thing. I love the band, but the show was lacking. BUT I DO NOT think its the bands fault. It had to be the WORST crowd EVER! I sat in 110, some VIP section thing that my friends parents are members of....they sat down the whole time. My best friend and I (die hard DMB fans, this was my 11th show) were pretty much the only ones singing along and dancing and clapping.. in fact everyone in our section was so dull that the couple cuddling in front of us kept rolling their eyes every time we would chant or clap or show any emotion. The songs were short, was hoping for more jams. Boyd seemed outta loop most of the time but was awesome when given the chance. I wanted Time bomb or Squirm....didnt happen, instead Crash and Grey Street were played.. which is fine ive just seem them a million times. The encore, while it was awesome, i felt was cut short. I dont think they got a good vibe from the crowd. I much rather would have seen them again in OKC at the ballpark again (amazing show) rather than in Tulsa where I really dont think they'll come back.

So thats my rant. I love the band, they are amazing ALWAYS. But I feel like the lacked cause the crowd lacked.
