Not sure if you can write a worse electric set if you try. I'm depressed right about now.

Pretty underwhelming. Poor setlist, too many covers, don't like the acoustic set concept in general, band seemed disconnected.

Hot & steamy night in the south but I enjoyed the entire show from start to finish. Not sure why so many negative comments thus far. Setlist was mixed well with newer songs, oldies & covers. Great night, awesome time, So Damn Lucky!!

Charlotte was hot & steamy as Dave & Co. rolled into town. Band had great energy and sounded good..looked like they were genuinely having a blast. Dave's son was in the pit for much of the 2nd set and it was neat seeing the pride & joy in Dave's eyes when he looked at him. I enjoyed the Lovely Ladies... while Dave's amazing voice is always enough for me I think they add something fun to the few songs they join in on. Although the set list was not one of my favorites, there were enough great moments and great energy to keep my overall rating as 5-stars!!

Not a bad show considering how "chilly" it was! I know everybody has their own perspective - mine is one of big fan, but one that can't see more than one show a year. So yeah, I would have loved to have seen Seek Up and Dreaming Tree and my entire list of favorites that nobody else cares about. And I got a handful of songs I don't care much about. But I got an amazing Typical Situation, killer Crush, BOWA, and in general, 3.5 hours of awesome energy from a stellar band, regardless of the set list. I guess I can appreciate that, way back when, if you went to 15-20 shows a year, you'd be almost certain to see all the songs you'd ever want to hear. But the band has put out a lot of music in the past 10 years and I assume they like to play some of it, and I know some of the crowd likes it too. So like one of the other reviewers, I'm going to rate this show a 5, even though that's probably a little high, just to offset the people that can't seem to keep a little perspective, and think that they should be able to pick every song every night. I can't wait until next year to see them again!

Maybe not all of the songs I would request to hear, but lots of good ones, and everyone around me was having a great time!

Great, great show! The most intensity I have seen from the band and crowd. Ever. They sounded incredible, and played a long time. I really enjoyed how they used the Lovely Ladies. Someone asked me beforehand what I wanted to hear them play, and I said I didn't care. There are always favorites, and they play the ones I don't like as much so well, I enjoy the variety. That's why I loved the set list. I just don't understand those one-star losers that pick, pick at everything. Stay the hell home, or just kill yourself. It was 3.5 hours of pure joy for me.

Nice set list, good energy by the band. Some of the most horrendous fans I've been around during my 37 shows, which definitely took away from the experience.

Acoustic set was great, Rye Whiskey is a cool jam. They killed it with Typical Situation. They were jamming only slowed down for Black and Blue Bird. So much>bridge>Too much was awesome, that's probably why the closed with it the next night at Virginia Beach. The Bayou is one of my favorites so that was a real treat for me. I don't know if you could pick a better encore. Best of whats around should be played at like every show so it was awesome to hear in the encore and then follow up with Watchtower. Show was amazing! People need to quit bitchin about Be Yourself. You could tell Dave was trying to sell the song in that performance. If Dave likes it, I like it!

It was incredibly hot. Or, there was a "chill in the air" as Dave put it. I would give it 4 stars but I'm giving it 5 to help balance out some unjustified lower ratings. Band was into it and energy was great. Good setlist with Tim really on fire. I'd ding it a star only because the audio mix seemed a bit off to me. Maybe it's where I was but it was difficult to make out the horns at times.

Solid Show. I dont understand why people are hating on it. It was one of the better setlists out of my last 4 shows. I've never seen the Lovely Ladies before and honestly I did not mind them. They brought some energy to the stage. Anyway, My 14th dave show and it was a solid 4 out of 5. Set list flowed really nicely. Only show of the 2015 season and it did not disappoint. I could have done without Bayou but thats ok, every song can\'t be a favorite. Band was really into it and the crowd was best one in recent memory. First trip to PNC Pavillion in charlotte. Really enjoyed it. Typical was awesome, crush, YMDT, BOWA, Everyday, One Sweet World. I like how they avoided Big Whiskey and away from the world for most part and focused on some older stuff. Watchtower closer makes this a 4 out of 5. I\'ve seen watchtower to close a show many times. Solid closer, but could\'ve done with something else. Thank You Dave and the guys for an awesome show. See you in 2016

Great show and great setlist! The ladies were sprinkled throughout, which was just fine by me. Lots of energy from everyone tonight and probably one of the top 5 shows I've been to in the last few years. They always bring their A game to Charlotte and this was not unexpected!

One of the worst shows I have ever seen. Let's start by the fact that every show now (besides when #40 was busted out at SPAC) is being wasted by a Dave doing two solo songs. It's bad enough that the acoustic set is providing a poor man's version of a DMB song even when the whole band is out there. Two Dave solo songs are a complete waste. The electric set was indescribably bad. Die Trying into Belly Belly Nice was an immediate fuck you to the fans. Then to make it even worse they bring the tramps out. As some other people have commented on previous shows, it's hard to enjoy a song with the ladies on the stage. Everyday, Die Trying, Belly, Black and Blue Bird, Too Much, Burning Down The House, Be Yourself, and the God awful tour debut of The Bayou... This is as bad as it gets. How can you even enjoy BOWA (especially with the bitches being a part of it) when so much that preceded it was miserable. I HATE THESE LAST TWO TOURS!!! Besides a couple of moments in a handful of shows, I essentially wasted about 5 grand traveling to a bunch of shows that have stunk compared to the 2013 tour. I blame the Ladies and especially Dave.

I would have liked to hear Rooftop with the LL's, but I'll take what I got. DBTR was awesome and Sweet and Bayou were nice surprises. I was a tad disappointed not to hear Crash, Dreaming Tree and The Stone. I expected a few more surprises for Charlotte, but it was fun.

the show was great! i don't know where some of you were, but i had a blast. i was so excited before the concert, i hadn't been to a dave show in years... but i was a little apprehensive after reading all the super negative feedback about the ladies. well they were there and i didn't mind them at all! they came out i think 3 different times, and they weren't bad at all. i don't understand why so many dave fans are SO negative! the only reason i didn't give the show 5 stars was because i didn't hear dancing nancies, tripping billies, lying in our graves, two step, or warehouse. that bummed me out but other than that it was amazing. dave sounded great, and so did the rest of the band. can't wait for next year!

Great show, people whining about the "tramps" need to take their thousands of dollars worth of tickets to stubhub, stay home, and let someone else appreciate the music. Oh no! 2 Dave solo songs? I better open up a vein now. Although I wish it was all full band, I like seeing DMB open for DMB in whatever forms they come out in.

The guys came to play. I've been to enough shows to not "need" them to play any particular song. I enjoy the experience, the fans, the jams, as long as I feel like the band and the fans around me are as into as I am, I'm good. Fun to experience the pit and hear some songs I hadn't heard in awhile - BOWA, Typical, Bartender. 31 shows down and I will always continue get up for a DMB show.
