With all that rain and an hour and a half rain/tstorm delay... he should have played Two-Step.

Rained Rhinos and Elephants. Locked down gates and had to return to car for over an hour while lighting was striking all around us. Glad to see Dave perform rather than cancel/postpone. Tim Reynolds really blew me away tonight. Horn section on fire tonight. Buddy Strong is a nice addition and brings alot to the table. Might not be a top favorite show but I will never forget how hard it rained in Bristow 2018. Hopefully the boys will make up for it next year. Also the show will be the latest performance at Jiffy Lube Live. Ended at 11:49pm. Strict Curfew is 11:00

Dont wanna put a rating on the show due to the weather circumstances. Venue staff SUCKED, police officers tried to say the show was cancelled too. Show was a good time but nothing outstanding. glad to hear "she"

This was the worst DMB show I've been to. The rain delayed the show almost 2 hours. The violinist was missing which effected the sound. The setlist was short....just a tough night for the band.

We waited in the pouring rain for several hours..thought the show was going to be cancelled and much to our excitement it wasn't! One of the best Dave shows I have ever been...he played after they shut the lights out on him! It was awesome!

A total lack of communication by the venue on the weather situation and status of the show. They played for only 2 hours (9:47-11:50pm). The revised setlist was only 15 songs, 5 of which were new. Highlights included Warehouse, #41, Jane, You and Me.

Easily the worst show I’ve been to. Obviously there were terrible weather circumstances last night, but that’s not why I’m rating this so low. The band could have taken the opportunity to bust out some special songs given what everyone in the venue went through, but instead they played the most played and most rehearsed songs they’ve been playing all tour long in this short set. Having seen most of these songs played the previous weekend, the performances at that show were also easily better than what we heard last night. The piano and sax were barely audible in the mix. It was just extremely loud bass guitar and bass drum thumping. Loudness does not equal great music, but that’s current DMB for you. Rashawn was off last night, as well. He screeched several times and missed his queues on several songs. They are really missing the violin up there too. From last night, songs like 41, Jane, Ants, and Warehouse had huge holes in them where the violin parts should have been, and as I mentioned, you can’t even hear the piano if that’s supposed to be covering the backing layer Boyd used to provide. And even though he had many off nights, no one in this current band (aside from Dave) has any stage presence or exciting solos anywhere close to what Boyd used to bring (when he brought it). I still go to a lot of shows because DMB usually has a few really special shows a tour where they don’t play the exact same stuff they’ve played at every stop, and they also play really inspired music. I’ve caught some amazing shows recently, but more often I’m getting things like we saw last night. It’s just not worth it to do a lot of shows anymore unfortunately. Dave talked a big game last night about how they were just going to keep playing until someone told them to stop to make up for the 1.5 hour delay. At 11:30, they had just finished another performance of Bayou as they’ve done at every stop so far this tour. Brian held out an acoustic guitar for Dave so he could do Billies which they had next on the abbreviated set. Dave waved him off and called it a night. That pretty much sums up the night and what I’ve often seen from the band at this venue. They had played just enough, in their minds, to justify not refunding tickets.

It\'s unfortunate to say, but this was the worst show I\'ve been to. Definitely understand the rain delay, but it took the band over 45 minutes to start playing after everyone was told to return to their seats. Half of the songs were well played, highlights being DDTW, Warehouse, #41, and LITHOG. I really enjoy The Song That Jane Likes, but this iteration was terrible. Tim was way too loud (as was the case throughout the show), saxophone was barely audible. I don\'t know if the mixing was off, but the electric guitar overpowered on most songs, keyboard and saxophone couldn\'t be heard. I love Ants Marching, it\'s always a great song to hear, the crowd really gets into it and there\'s great energy. This performance was very bad, it seemed like it was the first time they ever played the song, and the crowd was just confused - it was really bizarre. Massive gap where the violin should be, needs a lot of work. Short on time and a truncated set, song choice was extremely questionable. Sure, promote the new album in the show...but maybe play a song that hasn\'t shown up on tour yet? What I love about this band is the spontaneity on stage and not knowing what could be played next - this definitely did not happen tonight. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Honestly, I don\\\'t understand the low reviews. Watch the footage of this show on youtube vs the live stream in Camden and I really don\'t see a comparison. Dave had so much energy this show. From talking about being home (VA!!!, to the caps jersey, to talking about the rain and thanking us for sticking around!!) I honestly thought the live stream in Camden night two was going to be epic but this show was better. Watch You Might Die Trying, watch the American Baby Intro interpolation of Lying In The Hands Of God. He screamed his heart out which was epic. Yeah, I would have loved to see Billies and 27 on the original set list. Yeah I missed BT for sure but you cant rate a show on that. This show was amazing. I was soaked from head to toe, literally soaked. Thought I was gonna be struck by lightning. I sat in the rain for over an hour to see Dave. Dave was epic. I enjoyed this show more than Jiffy Lube in 2016 with BT. I do not understand all the haters. This wasn\'t the best set list but the American Baby scream alone made my night. Literally have re watched that moment 10 times.

This was the most interesting night/show Ive been to for DMB. I was first in line in the live nation line right at 4:30, but was pulled over to Will Call after 6:30 when our tickets werent scanning. We were waiting at Will Call for 10 minutes and finally got in and surprisingly had decent spots in the pit. Despite the weather delay (which was entertaining in and of itself) Dave played past curfew and they all had a lot of energy. They didnt play any of the songs I wanted to hear even Idea of You (Im not sure why theyre so anti-Everyday songs. I was hoping for So Right and/or Fool To Think). The girl I was with, which was our second date and her first show didnt get any of her songs (Crash Into Me or Satellite. But thanks to iHeart Radio she knew a couple songs that I wasnt expecting. I was so proud of her haha! I know that I wouldnt have enjoyed the show and experience as much if she wasnt there. Highlights include a lot of classics (DDTW (being an opener makes it even better), #41, Jane, Ants Marching, and Do You Remember was my favorite off the new album). Im giving this a 4 Star show, essentially, because it was my second date with her, it was her first (although they didnt play any of her songs) show and she was putting up with my \"obsessive\" DMB behavior, and the band had more energy than I usually see, but really that extra star is for her. In regards to getting through the gates, Id give a 1 star and leaving the venue of course a 1 star.

I can\'t rate this show because of the intense rain delay. Some highlights... LIHG into Am. Baby Intro. Also YMDT. The rain was brutal this time. I\'ve seen 12 or so shows at Nissan and endured the Rain but this will be my last. I\'ve made my peace with the 7th circle of hell and will find a new venue to call home. Peace out Old Dirt Hill.

I don\'t care about the setlist related to ohter shows, this was our first show of the tour. The weather was horrendous and our boys weren\'t happy getting drenched (my fault). My wife and seven year-old had wet jeans...and now we all know that just sucks. Anyway, the band had a great positive energy and played the hell out of the songs. Two issues, 1) the truncated set list and 2) closing with Bayou. Other than that is was a very good show. Everyone sounded great. Here\'s my heresy...didn\'t miss Boyd musically speaking. I would have loved for him to still be around (or another violin player), but the songs sounded great without him. Another unforgettable experience at DMB/Dave & Friends/D&T show.

Let me first say the DMB did their best to make sure the people who stayed got their money worth. Satan's venue was in rare form tonight as 1000s of lawn ticket holders were locked out of the venue during a tornado warning. Rumors flew that the show was cancelled so 1000s of people left. Mass confusion and chaos. People working the venue just left and ran inside. I got word from someone under the pavilion that it wasn't cancelled. They eventually unlocked the gates and let us in. All of us drenched. I feel terrible for the people's who cars were destroyed...we got 15 songs, so that's pretty good. Just another night Jiffy Lube Live, the worst venue of the tour.

I appreciated them playing so late into the night given the long delay at the beginning. Overall, the setlist was left wanting but the jams were pretty good. Wish they played \\\\\\\"Virginia in the Rain\\\\\\\" given the torrential downpour in VA, but opening with \\\\\\\"Don\\\\\\\'t Drink The Water\\\\\\\" was a nice nod.

Not the worst show I\'ve been to, but close. The Bristow shows have lacked something for awhile now, mediocre setlists, lots of repeats from previous years. The weather sucked and I\'m sure that played a role in it, but not sure why the venue didn\'t tell all of us in line to go back to their cars instead of getting soaked and then closing the gates. Everyone can look at the radar and know whats coming. I went to the Charlotte show in 2013 and they sent the lawn back to their cars with a similar lightning storm that had an hour delay. They came on late minimized jamming, chit chat and pounded out 19 songs at that show, pretty much the entire set list, but not so here. And not sure why here they weren\'t ready to go sooner, the rain ended a good 30 minutes before they came on. And at least they added and teased JTR at the Charlotte show. Could\'ve added Virginia in the Rain, especially as it\'s on the new album. How hard is it to rework the setlist with a few songs relevant to conditions? More and more I feel like the setlists are getting stale. Throw in a rarity or two for a couple of shows, then mothball them and go back to whatever has been overplayed....Bayou. Ehhhhh. I\'d hope they\'d make up for the short set next year, but we know that\'s not gonna happen.

Delayed start due to weather. Not Dave's fault, clearly! He came on almost 2 hours late, but made up for it by playing all the way through, with no breaks, up until he surpassed the noise ordinance. 15 songs played, which is approx 5-8 songs short of a normal show.

Unfortunately, this was far and away my worst show in all the years I've been seeing DMB. We got caught out in the torrential rain and the venue handled it horribly -- I know, you're shocked, because Jiffy Lube Live is normally so competent! [/sarcasm] The abbreviated setlist was nice, but the songs they decided to keep in favor of the ones that were cut were a bit of a bummer (especially Bayou over Billies), and I wish they had done SOMETHING special to make up for the rain delay. I'm grateful for any DMB music, but I can't justify giving this any higher of a rating.

The weather sucked. But it was probably 30 minutes after the rain stopped that the band finally started playing, which was frustrating. Short set, with a few things I liked (41, warehouse, ants) and a few things I really didn’t (lying in the hands). I would have been happier if they came out and played 90 minutes of up tempo rock out songs. Instead I’ll just have to be happy with downloading some other show. God bless the tapers and taping policy!

Sadly, the worst show I\'ve attended d/t the uninspiring set list and the obvious loss of the violin (mostly noted in Warehouse). That being said, any Dave show is a treat and I\'m grateful to have attended. While the rain was not their fault/out of their control, they could have given some updates/notice to the fans before 9:15PM. This complaint seems hollow having read that many fans were prevented access/told the show was cancelled.

Yes, the rain. Yes, the short show. Yes, they played late. Yes, they played safe songs. Yes, there were no rare songs or debut songs. They played really well and had high energy throughout. A little bummed it was pouring and a short show, but it could\'ve been a lot worse considering the venue chose not to cancel.

Show can be summed up in one word - impacted. The weather put a damper (literally) on a set list that would have been pretty good. While the band rocked what time they had and the energy was super high, they just didn’t have the time. In a typical night the band would be on at 8:15 - 8:20, play for near 3hrs and perform about 22 songs or so. This show had the band come on at just before 10pm and play for less than 2hrs. You could tell they were pushing to get as many songs done as possible - ended getting in 15 songs. In all, I’m disappointed. If this was your only show for the year I’m even more sympathetic. Music-wise, it was interesting. First show i’ve seen without Boyd and you could absolutely feel it. The energy was high but just different. The sets are all very similar with a day or two break between the same songs. Also, i felt it was odd they didn’t rotate in some new music not played before, considering the album dropped the day before. Overall, this was a 3 at best. Obviously nature played its part but also I have to see some more shows in this post-Boyd era to see what the new reality is. I personally think they are still trying to find their flow.

If I could rate this show a 4.5, I would. Yes, we got dumped on with a torrential storm before the show. Yes, the show nearly got canceled because they didn't get to start until 9:45pm. Yes, they only played 15 songs with no encore. But this was one of the most fun, loud, and engaging crowds I've ever been a part of. The long wait for the band to come out definitely played a part in the crowd being so attentive. No tour debuts, but this show had plenty of energy to put it in my top 3 shows (I've only seen 10 to this point). Thanks to everyone who was a part of the AM.org tailgate, it was a complete blast to hang with y'all!

The energy and the actual performance by the band was fairly solid. I had a lot of trouble hearing Jeff throughout the night and on some songs really struggled to hear Buddy in the mix. The venue was an absolute nightmare but the band can't control the weather. I'm giving 3 stars partially because I was in such a foul mood when I entered the venue after having to deal with absurd storms, ridiculous parking situations, unhelpful staff and security, et cetera. The set was rather uninspired. There was nothing on it that I was upset to hear, but after keeping a close eye on the sets from this tour I was moderately bummed out that a band known for a massive catalogue was unable to play anything remotely new or exciting. It's weird because I didn't dislike it but I just didn't like it. Very "meh" set on top of a horrible situation caused by both the weather and the venue.
