this will be the official Ants recipe - to be featured in the infamous spatula story next year. This made me a legend in CT: use at own risk:

1st, dice an onion

then get
1 1/2 lbs ground surloin
1 1/2 lbs ground chuck

hit both with Garlic Salt, Onion Salt, and chili powder

fold together - didn't say mix, said fold.

hit with cracked black pepper and WHITE PEPPER (yes, you can find it)

add in Dales Seasoning and Worshire.

mix together (with your fingers) - while mixing, pour in 1 small shot of Bourbon, 1/4 of a beer (Natty light works well)

add in diced onion to burger mix.

makes as many burgers as you want to make -

feeds 2.
