Have they changed the rule, that if you have an out of state license you have to be 26 to buy beer? It was a stupid rule. I know that they used to have it in MA and I've seen it both at Foxboro and Fleet Center. I have seen them refuse alchohal to a 40+ year old... no ID, no drink...

Boy the Fenway show is coming up so quick.

Anyone know whether the band usually stays at the 4Seasons or the Ritz? My place is rented out to other people (I'm out in Cali for the summer) and am going to stay at one of the 2 hotels anyway, might as well get the one that the bands at. Party in my room! lol

Do you have any shows so far, Mama J? You never told me what your friend sent you. I have all the shows so far expect for the 5.31 and 6.7. Have you heard Shotgun? Long drives are fun especially when you're going to DMB! I remember driving to RR and Vegas to see Dave. It was was awesome (I really enjoyed driving through the desert at night by myself).

I believe they stay at the Ritz.

I long have Kill the King. Luckily, I'll be a smittie's tomorrow night and can listen to the other ones... I'm still waiting for you to send me the Fleet show from last winter....

Hell yeah dude! We were brainstorming up all kinds of segues! That's one thing that really pleases me about this tour. DMB's busting out lots of different segues and mixing up the set more than usual.

Just bring a bunch of change with you and you'll be fine. Think of it as a new experience or adventure. I never feel more independent and adventurous as when I'm travelling somewhere by myself. You'll have a great time!

i have never had a problem getting beer at fenway. I think its 25 at the garden and tweeter center though.

You're good. The airport is on the blue line, and anywhere in downtown Boston is gonna be near some stop because the city is so small. To get to Fenway you need to hop on the green line. You can either get off at the Fenway stop (which I think is only on the Riverside line, which if my memory serves me correctly is the D line) or you can get off at Kenmore Square and walk about 10 minutes up Brookline Avenue to Fenway. All green line trains stop at Kenmore.

Kenmore T station is a closer walk to Fenway Park than Fenway station on the D Line.
