ugly but fascinating first quarter! Dedmon minutes were -3, his lack of mobility opened up floater range. Milwaukee’s threes slowly becoming more uncontested, this Herro/Dragic lineup was in a zone looking thing at times. that’s a good sign just gotta knock me down

Divincenzo is really bad today on both ends, but Miami dho continues to draw slow help and switches

liked the postups from Lopez, Middleton and Portis! also liked Middleton going downhill with Antetokounmpo in the dunkers spot, Miami was shook

Miami needs Adebayo to get more looks on that short roll or on a pop, to force Milwaukee into tougher decisions. they’re lucky Milwaukee missed so much

Milwaukee is really trying out there but every other possession someone gets lost on a Dragic/Herro dho, then every other possession they’re able to force a tough shot. gotta think it’ll get progressively better. Miami is settling for a lot of jumpers but Milwaukee paint defense has been really good

so many bricks!!! i’d say the game has swayed to where Milwaukee is getting better shots and is playing their pace, albeit Miami is doing a better job guarding the paint this quarter with Adebayo and Butler packing it

would be a shame if Miami can’t steal this, this is a really good Dragic game and Milwaukee has consistently gotten good looks and is missing almost all of them

i can see Phoenix going up 2-1 and then the Lakers unleashing the Davis death lineup and its lights out. Phoenix defense can’t hold up for a long series, they just don’t have the horses

interesting that Spoelstra thinks Ariza is in his best five, though i suppose Divincenzo (who’s having a more decent second half) cancels him out today. but Ariza on the switches is getting attacked to hell. seems like all Milwaukee points this quarter are against him
