The upgraded GFS model is also all-in on a crushing snowstorm next weekend. The last few model runs are showing it.

So a high of 64 in Philadelphia on Sunday, then a foot of snow the following Sunday. That sounds about right.

Mother nature and I need to have a little chat, this recent weather is absurd and has been driving me insane for about a year plus now, it is like we do not have fall or spring anymore - we go straight from winter to summer and vice versa. Get your head on straight mother nature!

The heat is off, the windows are open, the sun is blazing, it feels/smells like Spring.

The one good thing about it is that I was able to get my Christmas lights up outside. At this point the house is 100% decorated inside and out and ready for Christmas!!

Definitely looks like a NC special. Mountains in particular I would say 1-2 feet! Not sure how far north into VA the heavy snow will go. Looks to drop off pretty quickly as of now. Watch for any northern trends but this storm seems to have trended south if anything.

A storm system this weekend will be mostly rain, but could drop some surprise snow in New England. A half a foot in some parts of MA/NH wouldnt surprise me.

Sick of this goddamn cold already too. I just noticed yesterday that the lake by me (2nd largest in NH) has ice all the way across. There was enough open water last week that someone had their boat out there... today someone was fucking ice skating.
