I just sent the WH an email asking for 3 more replacement codes/links. I'll report back with their response. I really had a feeling this was going to happen. Frankly I'm surprised I got two. I thought I'd only get one.

Yea i ordered two instant tickets and only had 1 redemption in my email today. I sent them email so we will see.

Update: If you follow the link and select CD, it may offer you a drop down box with more than one ticket.

I bought 4 tickets to one show and 1 ticket to another. I received two emails. There was no distinction between the two emails or on the landing pages for the links. And there was nothing that indicated that I had more than one redemption option if I clicked on the download option. However, if I click on CD rather than download, then one of the links allows me to ask for up to 4 copies. The other does not have a drop down box as this would appear to be the link for the single ticket.

So, if you received fewer emails than tickets, follow the links, select CD on the landing page and see if you actually have more options. This would have made more sense if they had sent 1 email for each ticket or 1 email with individual links. But who needs to make sense?

Just hopped on here so sorry if this is old news. Bought 6 tix...WH never sent me the original codes. Got (3) emails today...Redeemed CD's and in each email the quantity was (2) so they fulfilled my ticket order.
Better late than never.

Update: I talked to someone from Stubhub. They couldn’t do anything and told me to contact the Bands management, who told me to contact Ticketmaster. Bottom line, I was informed that I’m not eligible for these codes and that the original buyer has the codes in which he doesn’t have them anymore...

“Every online ticket order for the 2018 summer tour, purchased by May 17, 2018, will include a choice of CD or digital download of the new album when it is released”

1. Purchased two online tickets
2. Purchased before May 17, 2018

I’ve been emailing Warehouse back and forth and they still have not given me a reason to why I’m ineligible (asked twice). The tickets I purchased were for The Woodlands (I have proof if anyone wants a screen shot of the order). I planned on using the two codes for a physical copy as well as a digital copy, but at this point, I’d gladly take one code, please!

If I buy tickets, sell them to you, then you sell them to someone else, then he sells them to someone else... we don't ALL get free albums. Not sure why you thought a Stubhub (secondary) purchase would come with the album. The band/mgmt/Tm etc.. didn't get any money from your purchase.

I guess you could argue that the Stubhub seller should have included the album with his sale, but that has nothing to do with Warehouse or TM; they certainly don't owe you a code. They already paid out the code for the tickets you bought.

This. Warehouse has their own problems they’re dealing with. Like the fact they sent me redemption links for the wrong album and they haven’t been able to offer me a solution in the past week.

Update: I haven’t heard from TM since Friday. So I emailed Ticketmaster directly, and they replied only 3 hours later. So I’m basically paying $35 for Warehouse to deflect issues and make me wait 4 days for nothing

Well of course, purchasing tickets in the parking lot doesn’t work because its not recorded/documented. Like I told ExistenceNow, I was under the impression that since I bought tickets online, I’ll get some codes. I didn’t think anything of it when I purchased through Stubhub...

Obviously there was something wrong with them sending out the codes, or there wouldn't be all the people here complaining about it.
