I was really hoping to do this but I just cant justify it financially and I'm conservative so it goes against my political standing. Lol

My dream is to one day meet Dave and get and pic and signature but I cant justify it. Got the cash but just cant pull the trigger. I guess I hold out hope that one day when Dave is like 80 I will get a pic with him. Lol

I feel like if I paid some astronomical sum to meet Dave he would just be thinking "I can't believe this loser spent all this money for a handshake and a photo op".

Just bumping into him somewhere would be amazing. I would definitely be cool if it was a contest win or a WH meet, but to shell out thousands of dollars would make it just awkward.

Can’t be anymore awkward than people that ask him for pictures or autographs at inappropriate times...imagine how many meals have been interrupted, how many times family time has been interrupted, etc...at least this situation he can brace himself and support a cause that he cares about.

So, I know I can alter my "guests" tickets, but I cannot alter form of payment and original receipt

It makes me wonder if the venue then will assign seats upon entry on a first come first served basis for those who have seated tickets.

I had the All Mail window up, just to make sure I wouldn't miss it. As soon as it came I tried 10 times, kept coming back as an error. Finally ended up working.

I found the “LOAD IN DAVE MATTHEWS” line pretty funny.

Promptly at noon, you’ll hear one of the venue employees shout, “okay guys, we’re loading in Dave... here he comes!”

Thanks for the picture and info. I was trying to get a feel for the venue today online. I assume you have been to the venue before. How many do they try to fit in the front lower "pit" area? Is it worth it to line up early to get a good position or will any spot on the floor be fine?
