I requested both nights of C'Ville but don't want to get stuck with a bunch of singles (since I'm going alone) I can't off load. Should I request one night only and just take my chance with the other night?

Do I try my luck at the public on sale if getting what I requested is gonna be a shit show, so I don’t get stuck with EXTRA tickets. I would imagine they are harder to sell considering they will be singles.

I want to go to both nights in Charlottesville and was planning on requesting 4 warehouse pit tickets for Sat night and trying to find any cheap seats for Friday night. Are the odds low that I will get 4 pit tickets through warehouse?

I would say odds are zero because the Warehouse pit limit is 2. I have a group of 4 so we requested lower bowl. I’m mentally prepared for uppers both nights.

Yes, one of our cats loves to road trip, so we typically bring them for long weekend trips within about 3-4 hours of NoVa.

If you've never been to Charlottesville, my personal recommendations would be to spend a few hours at Monticello, do the house tour. On the same mountain you'll find Dave's winery, Blenheim. The great man himself typically stops over there on C-Ville concert weekends, but with the DC show Thursday night, I'd expect Sunday afternoon would be the most likely time for a Dave encounter. James Monroe's home, Ashlawn is in between Monticello and Blenheim, and worthwhile to visit, but nowhere near as grand as Jefferson's estate.

Staunton, Virginia is a 45-minute drive west of the city, and my favorite town in the Shenandoah Valley. It's a beautiful drive from C-Ville to Staunton and back. If you're up early enough on Saturday, you should check it out.

Went ahead and requested lowers for Saturday. I'm sure I'll end up with crap uppers but I'd rather not pay a million dollars trying to buy through TM if those premium tickets show up again. At least WH tickets are "regular" prices.

I'm a bigger fan of Montpelier. Their new-ish exhibit on the enslaved community members is very powerful as it actually includes and celebrates their descendants. Plus, you can swing through Gordonsville's BBQ Exchange on the way.

Yaaaaaaassssssssssss!!!!!!!!!! I hope its damn near freezing. Makes shotgunning a heady feel more appropriate.

I'm not even buying a ticket before these shows. I've been burned too many times buying a $100 ticket when a $10 ticket two rows up was offered me at the door. If I don't end up getting a ticket, I'll be the guy face down in a sea of beer cans when yal get out.

I have for both nights at cville upper bowl - will sell for $85 per ticket (face) so $170 for the pair. They are warehouse. Will ship priority mail for free and not charge any fees. They are Warehouse tix so won’t come until the first week of December I am assuming.
