do any betting sites/apps have CBB in-season tournament results (rather than simple game by game betting)?

I'd love to be able to bet on carolina going 0-2 this weekend

not that i know of, never seen a futures or prop for small tournament results on an international site

but the major US sites aren’t in my state so i’m not familiar with those


if i were to make a prop bet i’m sure the odds would look very similar to if you just faded them in two individual games
