Totally. It’s a solid show and has a cool soundcheck. They even acknowledged this soundcheck at one point. Maybe they could do this as a LT and include Light Lift Me Up like they did with LT33.

Yes. 2001 is overdue. They’d been doing live trax for ten years by the time we got the Camden show from June 2001 - maybe #56 if not 55?

6/29/04 is a great show with great performances. Grey Street opener is unique. I listened through the whole show and didn’t hear a single mistake.

Yeah man, it may be unpopular, but I'm totally down with 2001. Not a huge Everyday fan, but they sounded really good on that tour. Only 2 releases from that year so far.

Don’t have many full taper audio shows, but I do have 6/29/04, and can confirm it’s an AWESOME show.

And yes, I love that Crazy Easy too—great improv on this one.

The Davespeak before WTWE is hilarious too about Horton the elephant, lol.

I know IEM talk is questionable here, but Leroi told Dave to tell a story about the song to the audience so that’s where that came from.

    While we're at the early 2000s what's good from 2002 & 2003?
2002 we just have the gorge box (summer) & LT40: MSG 12/21/02 which were released more than a decade apart. We have nothing from April/May which was between the completion & release of Busted Stuff.
2003 we have the Central Park concert & LT26 which were exactly a decade apart in release. Plus there was a Dave & Tim tour that spring & Dave toured with his friends (he even said in an interview where he thinks of DMB as his family and he was just going out with friends when he toured after Some Devil's release) at the end of that year/beginning of 2004.
It's been four years since that 2002 Madison Square Garden show & seven since that Sacramento show from 2003.

When it comes to 2002 you can throw a dart on a board and you’ll get a good show. They were spot on that year and the sets were strong, besides the infamous 4/5/02 turd of an encore. 7/16/02 has always been a favorite of mine. That Two Step is pure Carter bliss. Polaris is due a release at some point and if I had my pick it would be 8/6/02. Phenomenal energy that night.

03 is dicey because Boyd was so off in June. He was constantly out of tune. That said, I’ve always dreamed 6/20/03 would get a release. Of the June shows that’s one of Boyd’s less egregious outings, and could probably fix any issues with auto tune. Lot of great looking sets in 03. The band had nothing to promote that year so they dig into the vault and busted out a lot of rarities that year.

My 2 picks for a 2003 release would be 9/11 or 9/14. September 2003 was such a good month.

Possibly my favorite month of shows from a personal attendance standpoint. The Camden shows were really good, Hershey was special on 9/11, and CP speaks for itself. That whole summer was just an amazing time to be a fan!

They need to start releasing multiple night runs completely again.
Releasing only one night in its entirety is ridiculous.

I'm interested in more multi-nighters. However, releasing one night is not ridiculous. It's an entire concert...

Agreed. I adore LT6 and LT9, Gorge '02 and RR05 for that very reason.

Why can’t they do that more.
The last time they did was Wrigley 2010.

And never for Dave & Tim. A 3 night Mexico box set has to come at some point. For the Live Trax series, I'd like to see 2 nighters from SPAC 2015 and Foxboro Stadium 1999

If they're doing full weekends post Roi, it better be Alpine 2012

    Gorge Caravan
    SPAC 15
    Alpine 12
Dave and Tim MX - 2019

All very high on my list of full weekends desires. There are many more that would excite me but those are the tip top. My only speculation is that the multi-night runs dont sell as well when they're Live Trax. They tried it twice early and bailed which leads me down that (admittedly uninformed track). Feels like Encore Trax and Filler discs took the place to a degree. I'd prefer full runs, but am also a big proponent of those.

When they did it for Wrigley, the number they released was limited. I dont know if they still sell both shows, but I got them with that box set.

Again, I'm all for it, but not going to get my hopes up too much.

EDIT: I actually do think Alpine 2012 full weekend will get a release soon-ish. We have no 12 and we're all clamoring for it fairly vocally. I also have an "I was there bias"

I’ll be down with the full Gorge Caravan. Between the three nights, it’ll hit all of my ‘11 Caravan wish list in terms of songs and guest appearances.

Dmb needs to release more live stuff on a regular basis ever since covid phish releases their live stuff every month and a half to two months and it’s smart to do that. Also with no summer tour it’s a great way to keep the fans involved.

Yes. Maybe a new series (I know we have Live Trax & have had DMBLive)

Phish also releases all of their current shows on LivePhish within a couple hours of the show ending. I know it'll never happen, but if DMB does change the way they release shows, it should be something like that. Post-2020 shows go directly to streaming (either nugs our their own version like LivePhish) and future physical releases get pulled from Pre-2020. Whatever streaming option they land on would also include any past and future live releases.
