Nothing specific yet. But I am going to take the drive out there ASAP to do some location scouting and get some regular snaps. I could see this becoming an every weekend project for two or three months though.

With how hard Sony is killing it right now, I would expect you could get into and older 5D body for a few hundred dollars. I know I saw a MkII for $400 recently. Few extra batteries and a few staple lenses and you'd be in business. That's no slouch on video at all, some really excellent video work has been done on the 5d series over the the years.
The lenses you could even rent if on a really hard budget.
Equipment has been so good for long enough now that it's hard to go wrong on hardware. Technique and editing I think (at least to me) are where the art is done.
Have fun man, I know I'd love to see something you shot and edited after reading your posts on film on these years (and enjoying them).

I have a couple scenes in mind. Want to try and get closeups of wildlife drinking from a stream, reflection of the starry skies at night off a body of water, etc. I’ll get a lot more ideas though once I actually get out there.
My film school buddy is recommending hard on the Sony A7, and I’m very impressed with what I am seeing. And it’s definitely affordable on a 12 month payment plan.
To the bold, thank you for the encouragement! I am definitely excited about this undertaking.
