I'm with you there. Actually really enjoying this season. Think it's one of the best recent seasons so far. More gameplay rather than simply picking off the minorities and weakest players early on.

Travis and Brent seemed like athletic dudes that probably could've done some damage in the physical comps.

If Derek X didn't take Christian out last week, he and Alyssa were poised to start running the house all the way to a top 3. Writing was on the wall the week prior.

When was the last time 3 of the likely strongest guys in the house were out in the first 5 weeks? Drama is just getting started.

thought christian's frustration at Derek X backdooring him was very funny - "at least put me up so I can have a chance to compete" - bro do you know how big brother works? lmao. the backdoor is one of the best gameplay strategies out there.

My question for this week is why Derek X's name isn't being brought up to vote out. He isn't in the cookout. Only thing I can think of is a shield, but he's definitely one of, if not the, strongest in the game overall.

Tiffany is such a hypocrite. She came up with the strategy of each cookout member bonding with one person, but is mad that Kyland isn't targeting his buddy Sarah Beth, but instead might be targeting her buddy Claire.

Yeah. Kyland is doing exactly what she pitched to do. Put up a cookout member as a pawn and a non-cookout target. I dislike her more and more.

Feel like Tiffany's gameplay has completely fallen off these last couple weeks (maybe 3). I haven't been following outside the actual airings so maybe this hasn't been the case but thought she was playing things right the first few weeks and has just been a trainwreck getting in her own way since.

Tiffany just make a $750,000 mistake.

Also, pay attention to how Derek F cannot say "vote to evict" on Thursday - its been entertaining all season.

just getting caught up on the most recent double eviction. think it’s so impressive what the cookout has accomplished this season - it’s so rare for an alliance of that size to have ALL members make it to final 6. frankly I think it’s the best alliance in big brother history and it’s fucking awesome that they are all POC.

yes my wife and I love this. We sometimes FF thru the live votes, but we’ve literally just been watching just to see him attempt this.

It is very impressive and so hilarious how no one seemed to pick up on it. I think Derek X got it once getting to jury house.

It has produced a somewhat boring last few weeks as you knew exactly what was gonna happen though. I’m ready for some crazy drama now.

They've been a great team - usually someone from a powerful alliance gets bounded midway through, but the Cookout remain focused and determined.

I just imagine in the jury house Derek X, Claire and Sarah Beth explaining the cookout to everyone, but Brittni being like "Hell no, I got cut because Kyland knew he couldn't beat me and my story!!!"

The one thing you can count on this season. We might have heard it the last time.

What a dumb move by Azah in whom she nominated.

Azah might be one of the worst players I’ve ever encountered. You finally win something and do that? How are you not noticing that the guys are working together? Terrible gameplay.

Yeah same. Our whole house was very "meh" about this season until tonight. I liked Nicole and Daniel at first but not after tonight. Can't wait for the veto meeting.

Same and same. Daniel and Nicole are bullying Taylor. Hated that they didn't show veto last night, but it likely means tonight's episode is going to be an all timer.

Between Paloma and the injured girl, wondering if BB needs to revamp their mental and physical exams for houseguests before they come into the house.

Yeah I can understand t he fluke of her spraining her ankle, anyone could've done that. But her freaking out about going 10 ft into the air and passing out was kinda bizarre.

I'm sure they ask typical questions on physicality, but I'm also sure people lie.

In regards to Paloma, that was a complete swing and miss on production to not catch an obvious mentally unwell person.

casting definitely needs some revamping in general, they just aren't picking many people who are worth rooting for.

I get where the anger comes from, but I also see some contradicting comments/reactions when it comes to the Kyle "scandal".

I think some of it is over-reaction.

I was pretty upset about the Kyle scenario and how it all went down. I truly believe that he is just a sheltered kid that had no ill-will behind his comment. It was a throw away conversation that he appeared to not even remember. It's not like he was going around trying to get an all white alliance.

Michael/Brittney made it seem way worse than the initial conversation, imo. Their inaction was way worse, especially using it for strategy.

Kyle needs to grow and I think throwing him under the bus was terrible. I think keeping him in the house to have those conversations and more or less forcing him to be uncomfortable would've been more productive.

But, I'm speaking as a white woman so I can't imagine what it truly felt like.

Totally agree. The Cookout was praised left and right last year.

And then when this was brought up as being a possibility, everyone was freaking out "oh I would never do that".

Just frustrating to watch it all go down like that.
