Looking for a rare shirt.......

When I was at the Gorge this year I saw a DMB shirt that I thought was hilarious and I really would like to know if there is a way to buy one somewhere.... It had a picture of Dave playing guitar inside the logo used for the PGA TOUR and then on the back it said these guys are good!

I was just wondering if anyone had anymore information on this or any help at all! Thanks for any help at all!

yeah I have seen that before. I found that picture on google before but now I can't find it. No idea where to buy that shirt though. That person probably made it themselves.

There was a site a few years ago that designed all of these cool shirt like that - I think Waldo notified Bama Rags and it got shut down.

Is that from those "official" merch stands, or did you just see someone with it? I'd like one too...those look sweet!! I was at the Gorge too, but I didn't see any at the booths. And thanks for sharing the logo pepe!!

It's not an "official" shirt. The band has not authorized this. I believe that the guy who started this concept still has a website with these shirts, but I don't have the link on my computer at work, so I'll check when I get home... I had looked at them no more than a month ago and it looked like he was still selling them.

He had one with the the 7-up logo but it had Seek Up written in it, another with the Burger King logo but it read Jimi thing....bunch more.

For cheap shirts, check out www.goodrock.com

On the 05 shirts, the one I got starts on 6.26 in Bristow, and both Randall's and Red Rocks are on it.

Re: Looking for a rare shirt.......

I've got that shirt, I love it. WHen the guy had the site bostonteeparty.com up he had a bunch of shirts I bought a lot of them.

He made a bartender shirt, that looked liked budweiser, it had a firedancer on it, which could be where he messed up, I'm sure the firedancer is copywritten.

He had a halloween, shirt, that was a spoof on heiniken, or hinneycan. for southerners.

A seek up shirt, that looked like seven up, on the back it says, fall back again.

a wwys shirt that looked like a hard rock cafe shirt, and said charlotesville, va. where the city is put.

He made a rhyme and reason, rolling rock shirt.

He had a big eyed fish shirt

A too much, taco bell shirt

    Minaets, mastercard

I'm sure there was more, its terrible that someone took down the sites, other bands have lot shirts, and the band doesn't mind. THe DMB police steal shirts, I was at gorge last year and they stole some peoples shirts for copywriting. I think they make enough money, not to have to worry about lot shirts.

anyways the site did have some of the best dmb shirts ever.

    Peace

ive got the dmb tour shirt as well, i also bought the DODO shirt that was made out of the citgo logo, pretty sweet shirt.

kind of a funny story behind the dodo shirt. i was at bonnaroo, wearing that shirt the night d&friends played and when i was walking thru the security check point, the old lady that was checking for god knows what looks me in the eyes and says "do...do..." as if she were talking about crap. and i was high as hell, and forgot that i was wearing that shirt, i was like WTF did she just say, and one of my buddies was like no its DODO... anyways im sure that old lady was like kids these days...

Oh sweet thanks. I don't remember that exactly so I suppose I'll just have to force myself to watch it again. And I can't believe I typed "familiary" I'm an idiot - and I hate not being able to edit my spelling mistakes! LoL!

Do you or anyone have the logo for the "Best of whats around" shirt that looks like the Best Western logo? I would love that so I could take it somewhere and they could make me a shirt. I have a .jpg from their site but it doesn't look nearly as clear as the DMB tour .jpg that you put up.
