well remember there wasn't a ton of publicity around AFTW during pre-release hype time

there wasn't? They made a "Dave Matthews Band" channel on XM radio to hype the album for a month ahead of time. I'd say that's quite a bit of publicity, that most artists/bands wouldn't/haven't been given.

Sirius/XM is still very awesome to have in your car as an option.

Get basically any major sporting event.. theres still great channels like Jam ON etc.

Love my Sirius/XM. Listen to it all the time, in the truck or on the app on my phone. I discover new music on there all the time.

Absolutely. Wouldn't think twice about it.

Adding in conservative values to each item that's an estimated $265. Add in the fact that it's autographed by Dave and that's an easy $500 purchase.

I would expect it to either be packaged with an announcement of the new album details - name, release date, etc.

Dave autograph is the sealer on that package. $500 easy... that will retain value.

To be honest, I'm pretty excited about the prospect of a Stand Up vinyl release. If we can get a properly remastered (or better yet, a new mix) release it would vastly help that album. Plus there's likely some good bonus stuff from the '04 songs we could get.

Wow never thought of that before, but that would make sense. It'd be sick if we got the original studio cuts of the 04 songs that didn't make it. Id shell out 50 for that alone haha, even not on vinyl

    Yup, this.
Stand Up doesn’t really need a ‘remaster’... it’s probably their best album in terms of sound. I mean, it doesn’t make the songs any better... but soundwise, it’s top notch. A remix of the songs would be cool though... with a little more real drumming by Carter

I think Stand Up is a DR 8, which is pretty rough - though not far off from most of their catalog's initial releases
