Just did about 4.5 hours worth of yard work, sitting on the front porch drinking an All Day. This is what this beer was made for, so damn refreshing.

And the golf course. What a flexible beer for sure.

How do you like living there? I work for Target and have for a long time and was considering transferring to the Target that is finally opening in VT. in S. Burlington later this year. I live in Southern NH so already use to winter, lol. Thanks for any info.

It has its pros and cons. I've been up here for 5+ years now. Its a beautiful state, and if you are an outdoorsy person that goes a long way. The lake is an awesome body of water for fishing or other recreation, lots of trails for hiking, and of course the winter activities the state offers. Solid food and beer, lots of farm-fresh options, very "mom & pop" when it comes to businesses.

I do find it very expensive! Granted, I am in a labor union (not a very union friendly state), and my wages are among the lowest in the country...yet the cost of living up here is among the highest. Housing, especially in the Burlington area is crazy (to rent or own). Roads are pretty shitty, could use a lot of repair overall. Winters are shitty (but you know that). Very close to Montreal, which is a nice little get away on occasion. Certainly a different kind of state, very set in its roots!

I dont see me staying here long term, simply cause of the money factor - I can make a lot more elsewhere and that money goes a lot further with respect to the cost of living. But aside from that aspect, I really have nothing to bad to say about this place - pretty cool state, very relaxed and laid back, fairly clean, friendly...just expensive!

Had Trillium Permutation 27 yesterday. DIPA aged on peaches and apricot. Loved the flavor, but there was a lot of yeast in the glass. I could see that working really well with a little vanilla and lactose added.

Equilibrium tap takeover and can sales at my favorite local place (The Moor Pat) this weekend.

4packs/cases of Fractal Galaxy for purchase.

    Taps:

    dHop5
    dHop10
    Sexual Fluctuation
    Fractal Galaxy
    Harvester of Simcoe
    Photon
    Middletown Murk

Needless to say... I'll be staying away! The place is too small for the traffic that will most likely be there. Just having a buddy pick me up a 4pack.

Also an Other Half mobile can sale up the 90 in Rochester... Which will be even more of a shit show.

These mobile can sales are awesome, and troublesome at the same time. The crowds are just unbearable.

Fractal Galaxy is one of the best beers I've ever had. I'd get as much as possible. Totally worth it.

that said, ill still get a 4pack. lol

i trust and value your opinion, but at $22 per 4pack, 4 is all i need, and even 4 is a couple too many

That will be a mistake to stay away. Worth it to go for dhop5 and dhop10.

Harvester of simcoe is great too.

Nah, ive had several of those dHops and they all taste similar to me.

Have had sexual fluctuation from the can already.

The crowds arent worth it to me. Its a small place inside, and the weather is only in the 40s else patio would be an option.

    https://www.facebook.com/TheMoorPat/

I know the owner. He could end crowlering me some if they are really good.

at the expense of sounding like a complete alcoholic... wondering if anyone has had a minor out patient procedure with general anesthesia and proceeded to have a beer (or two) that night.

Asking because I've got an endoscopy in the AM and then my going away happy hour/party tomorrow night with work. I'm OK with not drinking, of course, which is what I'm sure my doc will say. But wondering if anyone else has experience to speak from.

Pre Pens & NFL draft beer.

Solid, but down the list of the tired hands stuff I’ve had.

Love the can artwork on this though.

Getting my Black Clouds tomorrow, cant wait. Buddy also picked me up a can of Masthead BBA Tiramisu Underverse when he was in cleveland last weekend. Sounds delicious, $10 16oz can though, sheesh.

Enjoying my first Other Half beer right now. 4th anniversary quad. Tastes like a pineapple gummy bear, crazy fucking good. Need to get my hands on more of their stuff.
