this is apparently The Press Release:

"When LeRoi Moore passed in August 2008, The Recording Academy® issued the following statement: 'GRAMMY® winner LeRoi Moore was a versatile and inventive saxophonist. A classically trained musician, his love of jazz infused the Dave Matthews Band's music with jazz and funk overtones that helped define the group's eclectic and signature sound. His untimely passing is a loss to music fans everywhere, and our heartfelt sympathies go out to the band, his family and all who were moved by his music.' Nearly 250 members of our music community have passed in the last year, and all of them have been listed in the program book for the 51st Annual GRAMMY Awards, including LeRoi Moore. The Academy recognizes Moore's contributions to music and music education, and we are deeply saddened by his premature passing."

its such bullshit considering there were some shots where they'd throw like 4 musicians up at once...for instance 4 saxophone players. there is no reason in hell they couldn't have put leroi in one of those groupings...he didn't have to get his own full screen shot with his music playing. although i believe he deserves that
