Not really. See my post above (first page). It's not highly unusual for a band to promote a tour and have no album to back it up. I believe that Fallon is a fan, this is the final tour before a break and its the band's 25th anniversary.

I like how people get pissed that their favorite band might release a new album. This is the most ridiculous thing i have ever heard. They have this notion that what ever is released will be crap. They won't be able to handle it if a new album comes out and it isn't perfect. No faith in the band that they like. Scared that they won't be able to handle it if Be Yourself is on the album. People are soft. Living in the past. Gonna get a Zima, go to my old high school and put Crash on.

This thread is bullshit. It's a manifestation of a neglected fanbase's fervent desire to have something to get enthused about. People are taking some small anonymous rumor and running with it because they really want to believe that DMB is working on new music or planning something awesome for their fans. Ostensibly it appears that the band isn't working on a new album and isn't planning to do dick for their 25th anniversary. Rather than accept this unfortunate reality people are grasping at straws and trying to find something to get excited about.
